Lots of hiking trails are available for all levels - easy, short local hikes right in our neighborhood and around Lowell Lake to more challenging hikes on the Appalachian Trail or hike to a waterfall on Lye Brook Trail.

The Space:
On the first floor you'll find two full bathrooms and three bedrooms...one with a queen bed and twin bunks, another with a full size bed and another bedroom with twin bunks, perfect for families! The second floor has one bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom, living room, dining room, and kitchen. It's a wonderfully bright open space with forest views. Ideal for sitting around and playing games near the wood burning fireplace, enjoying a movie on the TV, reading a book or cooking up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. The rear deck has loungers perfect for stargazing. The third floor loft is where you will find the multi game table: Pool, Ping Pong & Air Hockey as well as a big comfy bean bag, a futon and plenty of board games.

- The property does not offer A/C but we do have fans. We don't miss the A/C at all.
- Please be considerate of neighbors and respect quiet hours after 10pm
- The dirt road has a 15mph speed limit
- 4WD or AWD is highly recommended to access the property in winter
- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras, located above the backyard and front yard, all facing outward. They do not look into interior spaces nor onto deck spaces. (no cameras inside)
