"We had a wonderful 4-night stay at this property! The house was spotless upon arrival and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We were very impressed with the details through out the property to ensure the comfort of us and out little Chichuchua. We loved the quiet neighborhood while still being only a 15-minute drive from downtown Gatlinburg. The kitchen was fully stocked with essentials, allowing us to cook family dinners. We particularly enjoyed the screened in porch and the sounds of the mountian stream just out side. Our host was fantastic—very responsive and provided clear check-in instructions. We would absolutely stay here again!"

Very nice cabin

The cabin was very nice. It was clean and smelled like fresh wood. It was quiet and the creek behind was a nice sound in the morning while sitting on the porch.

Birthday weekend!

This place was so cute! They could have done a little bit of a better job with sweeping but other than that it was perfect. The person that was connected to us had a dog that barked all day while they were gone. The creek is so beautiful and peaceful and the cottage smelled of fresh wood it’s was great. Also had a chat with the office they were so nice!

Greenbriar Preserve is a charming cottage community located just 20 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. This peaceful retreat is nestled along a scenic creek and offers a quiet escape while still being close to all the area’s attractions. When we saw the location, we knew everyone would love the location as much as we did, and so the Greenbriar Preserve came to be.

The community is relatively new, with construction beginning in 2023 and thoughtfully expanding through 2024 and 2025 as its popularity grew. Guests love the serene setting, natural surroundings, and relaxing atmosphere.
We’re proudly pet-friendly (we love animals!), so feel free to bring your furry companions along. The community offers plenty of space to enjoy leisurely walks with your dog, whether along the creek or around the picnic area next to a large open field.

This cabin is pet-friendly — a $75 + tax non-refundable fee per pet applies. Pets must weigh no more than 40 lbs each and be crated if left unattended on the property.
 
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabin. Guests found smoking indoors will be subject to a cleaning fee of up to $1,000 and immediate removal from the property. All payments made for the reservation will be forfeited in full.
