Check-in was very easy. The home was clean, the location was excellent for our needs, and the yard met our dog’s needs.

Cute house!

Great house, nice updates, furniture was good - beds were comfortable! New appliances were a nice touch! Kitchen was nicely updated and stocked well ( lots of extras) fenced in back yard was good for dogs - nice and quiet neighborhood. ( my only complaint would be the outside of the house could use a power wash and the transition on the floors needs to be completed). Would definitely stay again! AC works well - very comfortable! Had a great time!

Comfortable Home

The home was comfortable and clean. We like to cook and found the kitchen could be a little better stocked (a spatula and mixing bowl for example). Tastefully decorated and quiet neighborhood/street yet close to many things.

Fine but a little misleading

The front and backyard looked very different than the pictures. We had picked this place because we had our 3 year old with us and figured he’d be able to run around outside but the grass was unkept in the front and back, up to his hip. There was popped balloons in the backyard from the people for us and a big 2 balloon was floating up in the loft. Overall, it was fine, but if I’d known the backyard was going to be like that we would’ve kept looking for something more accommodating for our needs. The communication was fine minus the check out instructions didnt come until after we left the property.

Mold Home

The add on porch was dirty, hot, and smelled. The freezer was so full of ice crystals you barely could get it open and had to force it closed and it was dirty. The stairs needed to be cleaned. The upstairs was full of mold. Mold in the vents, shower, toilet bowl brush and the towel rack. Needless to say we couldn’t stay. We spoke with management and was able to leave. Management was working with us through the entire process and did a great job assisting us to the best of their ability.

Savannah trip

A great rental property for our family of 6 while visiting relatives for the holidays. This home was perfect. The location was close to our family, lots of restaurants and grocery stores close by. We would certainly use this home qgain.
