    Sweet Pea Cottage was absolutely perfect for our anniversary getaway. Lisa is a wonderful host, and we would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the Cape May area, with or without their fur babies. 10/10!

    This rental was very comfortable with easy access to many places in the Villas for dinner or just a cup of coffee. We did lots of bike riding and walking in the area along with visiting friends nearby. Was a nice place to relax at the end of our busy days.

    Such a cozy cottage in a nice quiet neighborhood. Down the street from a beach and less than 20min drive to downtown Cape May. The host was very responsive. Highly recommend.

    The owner was very accommodating. The yard was spectacular with all the flowers. The gazebo was an excellent place to hang out in the evening. The cottage was clean and just perfect for what we needed. We had our dog with us and it made the stay more enjoyable. We were 4 blocks away from the bay. It is a very quiet neighborhood and I felt very comfortable walking around at all hours to take the dog out. The place is located close to the main road. It was easy to go to the beach or go to Cape May. Since my dog sheds, I did make sure to vacuum up the dog hair and sand before I left. I appreciate that there is a place where I can bring my dog and I want to make sure I can come back again with her.I would highly recommend this place for anyone.

    My husband and I and our dog stayed four nights in Lisa's lovely little cottage. Unfortunately it rained every day we were there so didn't get the chance to enjoy her beautiful yard. We were fortunate to have a very clean, comfortable and cozy place to spend time in. It's obvious Lisa cares about the comfort of her guests and is respectful of their privacy while also making herself available if needed. The cottage is nicely adorned with her beautiful artwork and the decor emanates warmth and comfort. The neighborhood is quiet and the location perfect for doing anything of interest in the Cape May area. The historic district is a 15 minute drive and the bay is a quick 2 block walk. We hope to return in sunny warm weather.

    Lisa is a great host, she was very attentive to our needs, the property is really cute and cozy and is situated in a great location, just about 50 yards from the bay, we enjoyed our walks with our pet, restaurants and stores nearby, I would recommend this property to a family/friend and will visit again.

    Very nice experience, the place was clean, bed was comfortable, close to the beach and welcoming for my pooch. The host gave excellent communication, was extremely accommodating with check in/out process and even had the air conditioner and fans on prior to our arrival to cool the place during the heat wave/alert.

    Cozy by the bay

    Sweet Pea cottage was a very cozy rental, surrounded by enchanting gardens. A short walk to the bay was such a nice way to start each morning. I was very happy to stay there and my doggie loved it too.

    Cute cozy cottage

    The property had beautiful flowering gardens and trees. The owner Lisa was very helpful and attentive to all our needs. We brought our dog and she let us know about all the dog friendly beaches and restaurants in the area. We had a very enjoyable stay.

    Wonderful stay

    Just spend a lovely week at Sweet Pea cottage. It’s perfect for a couple and is super dog friendly. Short walk to the beach area. And the cottage is surrounded by the most stunning Gardens. We had our small dog with us and he loved the home from home - Thank you to our wonderful host Lisa.. we will be back soon.

    Perfect spot for us with 2 small dogs. Beautiful property and loved that the large circular drive allowed us to park right at our door. Host was great - very responsive and helpful.

    Beautiful retreat

    Lisa is an exceptional host and provides a quiet, comfortable, and very inviting rental to enjoy Cape May. She also loves to provide her guests with recommendations and is very responsive to reply back via text. This was a repeat visit to the Sweet Pea Cottage, and we will return for a future anniversary weekend!

    Relaxing in a Garden

    Sweet Pea Cottage was a great place for a relaxing stay. Surrounded by beautiful gardens added to the ambiance. Lisa was very friendly and willingly shared her knowledge of all the plants in her gardens. She was also helpful in recommending dining opportunities in the area.

    Lovely getaway

    We loved our time at Sweet Pea. It was perfect for two people. The neighborhood was great for walking, and we loved looking at all the homes- big and small. The bay beach was most enjoyable. We also loved being out of the hustle and bustle of Cape May. We had a relaxing week, the garden around Sweet Pea was beautiful, and Lisa was great.

    Very clean, close to everything and peaceful, safe neighborhood. Fleck's Ice Cream is close and delicious. Food close bye. This is my second summer and I'll go again!

    Excellent accomodations in great location

    Immaculate apartment, beautiful yard in a quiet residential neighborhood walking distance from bayside sunsets. Close enough to Cape May attractions and beaches to be convenient but far enough away to not be surrounded by tourist traps. Owner Lisa going above and beyond to make sure your stay is a success. We'll be back!
