Nightmare vacation

Read our case, it’s case number 24466113, we had two weeks of misrepresentation of condos. They are suppose to be a turnkey stay. The VRBO members were great, they really tried to help us get a place. We have a truck and not able to stay on any PGA , we finally rented a car so we could stay at Palm Beach Gardens.. the owner needs better help to run his property and keep them clean and stocked. Our place was neither. The first place was very much misrepresented, the second guy apparently wanted to help us out, but was not prepared to have anyone stay at either condo he had offered. The toilet seat was wrapped with scotch tape to keep it together, he had to replace at least 12 or 15 lights, we had to replace the mattress and all the linens for both bedrooms. The shower in the main bathroom was broke, the patio door lock was broke. And the owner wanted us to stick around and wait for the maintenance man instead of going out and enjoying your vacation. He tried to help us, but was apparently not equipped to take care of these properties.

An Ideal Spot for a Family Vacation

Writing this review on our flight back home after a wonderful week staying in this villa as we had such a wonderful time and just had to share. It was absolutely perfect for our family. We traveled with two young children (ages 3 and 5) between XMas and New Years, and the accommodations were exactly what we needed. Plenty of space, a large kitchen and living area and all appliances/needs available within the unit. The pool was just steps from our door and we had it mostly to ourselves every day. The house is also centrally located for access to both PGA and Northlake, where there are PLENTY of family-friendly restaurants and stores. So grateful to Ron for being in touch before and throughout our stay, answering every question and fulfilling every need. We're already looking at the calendar to pick out dates to stay there again during an upcoming vacation back to Palm Beach.

Enjoyed wvery minute of our stay

First of all, Ron met us and he was very nice making sure we knew where everything was located. The accommodations were amazing. I stay in hotels every week, it was nice to stay in an apartment for a chamge and having the feeling of being at home. If you want to be close to all that PGA and Palm Beach Gardens has to offer, this is the place to stay. I can only chose five stars but I give it a 10.

More than perfect!

My fiance and I leased Ron's condo for a mini getaway from wedding planning. Not only was the condo everything we were expecting and more, but Ron did a great job of making us feel welcome, including the amazing bottle of wine sitting on the island upon arrival. Also, we brought our little shihtzu and he seemed to approve of the digs as well;) The condo was pristine, peaceful, close to everything that we needed, but the bed.....OMG! The bed in the master was the most comfortable bed that I've ever slept in! I highly recommend renting this condo and using Ron as your host if you are looking to have a stress-free, relaxing get away!!

Great Unit..Great Owner

This newly renovated 2BR 2BA unit was perfect for our 2 month stay. It is light with an open floor plan and comfortably decorated. The kitchen is beautiful and well appointed for meal preparation, if you wish to do so. The King bed was comfortable and the shower has great water pressure...2 things hi on our list of "musts". We have rented in PGA for 8 yrs. and this was one of the nicest units we've rented. Though it does not have a golf course view, it is easily walkable to the "BearTrap" on the Champs course and a 2 min. drive to the Club House. Ron, the owner is so likable and easy to work with we are already set to return next year.

The place is great, with all the amenities...

I loved the place and felt like at home, everything in the place is brand new. The landlord is awesome and attentive. The security is great, as the pool and the gym. I recomend it, for your honeymoon.I am planning to return once again to enjoy the place.
