The Space:

Picture this: you've just stepped off a half-mile stroll from the sand, sun-warmed and salty, and now you're settling onto a private patio with the coastal breeze rolling through. The pond out back catches the afternoon light while someone casts a line from the bank. This is the rhythm of a stay at Fortebello Beachside 156 - easy, sunny, and built for a crowd.



Living space

Inside, 3,600 square feet of beach-style living unfolds across a wide, comfortable layout. The living room stretches out with soft sofas and a mounted flat-screen Smart TV, plus a sleeper sofa that adds extra sleeping capacity when your group runs large. Smart TVs are featured throughout the home, and free WiFi keeps everyone connected, whether you're mapping tomorrow's breakfast run or just catching up online. Head upstairs and you'll find a game area with a Foosball table for some friendly competition after a day at the beach.



Sleeping arrangements

Five bedrooms sleep up to 12 guests across 11 beds, each dressed in coastal colors and textures that carry the beach theme through every room. The master bedroom offers a king bed plus a sleeper sofa, bedroom 2 has a king bed, bedroom 3 pairs a king bed with a twin, bedroom 4 is set up for the kids or extra guests with two bunk beds and a twin, and bedroom 5 rounds things out with another king bed. Two of the bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, giving certain travelers in your group a bit of added privacy. Crib and pack 'n play options are also available for the littlest guests.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfasts to full beachfront feasts, with a long center island, stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops giving you plenty of room to work. You'll find the essentials covered - stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and baking sheets - alongside dishes, wine glasses, and barbecue utensils for grilling outside. A dining table inside pairs with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill on the patio, so you can move the meal outdoors whenever the weather calls for it.



Bathroom

With 4.5 bathrooms spread across the home, mornings move smoothly even with a full house. Each comes stocked with shampoo, body soap, hair dryer, and hot water, and a bathtub is available for a soak after a day on the water.



Outdoor & community

Step outside to a private patio or upper balcony where the coastal breeze is never far away. The backyard offers an open grassy space, and the property backs onto a pond with walking paths if you're up for a stroll - or a bit of bass fishing right from the bank. As part of the Fortebello Beachside community, you'll have access to a shared pool with loungers, a pergola, and a cabana area. Beach essentials like towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear are provided, so you can head straight for the sand without much packing.

This Indian Harbour Beach townhouse sits in a gated community within walking distance of the Atlantic Ocean. Millennium Beach Park and Canova Park are both about a 15-minute walk away, with shops, cafes, and restaurants lining the route to the sand. For breakfast, Corey's Deli and Bagels is a local favorite nearby, and the surrounding area offers everything from seafood and steak to Italian, subs, and Mexican fare for lunch and dinner. Jet ski, kayak, and boat rentals are all close by for days on the water, and the USSSA Sports Facility is just a 25-minute drive away if you've got a game to catch. A local paddle and oars park and yacht club round out the area's outdoor offerings.

The Neighborhood:

The home is in a gated community, that is situated within walking distance of the beautiful beaches of the Atlantic Ocean.

Many restaurants are a short walk away. For breakfast, stop by Corey's Deli and Bagels, for lunch and dinner, select from a wide variety of foods, such as seafood, steak, Italian, subs, Mexican, and much more!



Getting Around:

Cars are not necessary in this area; however, a plus unless you choose to get around with an Uber or Lyft. Most restaurants and beach are walking distance!



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Paper towels

- Toilet paper

- Tissues

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.
