Welcome to E Z LIVIN, a beautifully decorated oceanside home centrally located in Kill Devil Hills and just a short walk to the beach!
Escape to this fully-equipped and inviting home, ideal for your next unforgettable Outer Banks getaway! Step inside to discover a spacious top level featuring a plush sectional and flat screen TV, perfect for unwinding with a movie after a day of sun-soaked adventures. Whip up delicious meals in the open kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, before gathering around the welcoming dining area to share stories of your day's escapades, or venture onto the covered porch adjacent to the dining area for an al fresco dining experience, soaking in the salt air as you plan tomorrow's adventures. At the end of the hall on this level, a comfortable queen bedroom and attached shared bath can be found.
3 more bedrooms can be found on the mid level, including a king en suite with a private bath and front deck access, a king bedroom with front deck access, and a pyramid bunk bedroom. A full hall bath and a stacked washer and dryer round out the interior of this level. Step out onto the back deck to relax in the bubbling hot tub and soak your cares away!
