Enjoy the sounds of the sea and incredible ocean views just steps from the sand at Sunny Daze! With private beach access just outside your back door, you'll never want to stray far from this convenient vacation rental. A private oceanfront deck is the perfect spot to watch a beautiful Outer Banks sunrise while enjoying a cup of coffee. This home's location at milepost 5.75 puts you close to restaurants and shops should you decide to head out for a bit of exploring.
Fishing enthusiasts will have easy access to Avalon Pier, which is less than half a mile down the road. Prepare your catch on the charcoal grill for a tasty dinner. There is space for everyone with an extra den that can be used as a second living area! Internet access is provided so you can stay connected to friends and family back home.

Ground Level: Parking for 2 cars, outdoor shower.
Main Level: Living area, kitchen, dining area, and sitting area. Half bath, queen en suite with a tub/shower, queen bedroom, bedroom with a queen and a twin bed, hall bath with tub/shower.
