Take a dip in the pool (May to September only) or just relax poolside. POOL IS NOT HEATED and is officially OPEN IN MAY.
Nestled in the quiet suburb of Oak Hills next to the Oak Hills Country Club, and near the South Texas Medical Center, our cottage is ideal for golfers, medical professionals, medical students, and couples. Convenient location with a 1-minute drive to I-10 or Loop 410 and 11 minutes to downtown San Antonio.

Our cozy, rustic style, 300 square foot cottage offers with antique furnishings, full size bed, twin blowup air mattress, 4 new large Beautyrest pillows, loveseat, private bath, kitchenette, Medieval style triple wardrobe, pool, outdoor furniture, patio, and more. In the Summer you'll have access to our private pool with dedicated and mutually agreed upon swim times. Note: Two guests may be invited to swim with you for up to 2 hrs. Pool parties or guests over 4 require separate pool booking.

Kitchenette includes mini-fridge, microwave, single cooktop, toaster convection oven, and coffee bar with K-cup coffee maker, drip coffee machine, complementary K-cups, sweeteners, and creamer.

Semi-private patio with firepit, sectional, and dining table with umbrella. Owner's main patio area and bar are available by request only during scheduled times.

Pool parties with over 4 guests are not included with Vrbo booking.

Please read our house rules prior to your stay. If using the pool, our pool rules must be followed:
*No more than 2 additional guests allowed in the pool area
*No food allowed in the pool
*No glassware allowed in outside areas
*No children allowed in the pool without adult supervision
*No Lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk
*No diving or running
*No rough play
*No littering
*No smoking or vape in pool (vaping allowed outside on pool deck only)
*Use restroom when in need
NOTE: Outdoor security cameras on the property
