Nicely updated 3 bedroom home on the 12th Fairway of the South Course at the Galena Territory. Enjoy watching the golfers from the screened porch, deck or window seating in the living room. You're sure to appreciate the granite counters in the kitchen and baths as well as fresh paint, new flooring, a brand new HOT TUB and all new furniture. Located only 4.5 miles to the Owners' Club in the heart of the Galena Territory and comes with six amenity passes allowing you access to the Owners' Club where you can enjoy indoor, outdoor, and kiddie pools, a state of the art fitness center, indoor/outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts, Game Room, free WIFI, etc. The Galena Territories offer many activities to choose from, including horseback riding, hiking, wine tours, fishing, shopping, skiing, and more. This home has a king bedroom in the upper level master suite and 2 king size bedrooms in the lower level. It features a fireplace you can cozy up to on a cold fall or winter night and a spacious deck to enjoy the beautiful summer season. Sleeps 6, maximum occupancy 8.

GWG, Great Weekend Getaway

Great location to escape the city and suburbs, let the kids be kids and let the adults explore and pick and choose from a couple dozen restaurants and bars to nearly a hundred shops and sites to visit in this area. The Galena Territory is true escape from the buzz of city traffic and crowds. It was a peaceful homelike setting with everything any family would need to enjoy the weekend. So clean and presentable, our home was almost new, and we all agreed we will seek to stay here again on any plan to revisit the area.

Perfect relaxing getaway

We do a lot of rental homes and apartments, this one so far has been the best! First, extremely clean. All rooms, and the outdoor areas were immaculate. I've been at places where the inside was clean but outdoor areas had to be wiped down, but here there wasn't a single cobweb, wasp nest, or even a dead bug to be found, indoors or out. It was comfortable, and the amenities were fantastic. The deck overlooks the golf course, and the houses are far enough apart that you didn't feel crowded or public. The whole area is calm and peaceful,. You can sit on the deck, or if the weather is a bit less than dry, there's a covered screened portion as well. Communication with the property was easy, they sent us a note with what to expect and how to get in. It was seamless and simple. There was a book available that told us how to reach out for assistance, instructions were very clear.This property is about 10-15 minutes outside of Galena. We brought our bikes, and it was just under 2 miles to get to the little grocery store, as well as a nice restaurant overlooking the course. We just needed a quick get away to relax and recharge, and this place was perfect. Highly recommend, and we will be back.
