Geno and Anthony were incredibly gracious hosts who welcome our entire group so beautifully. Everything in the house was pristine and we were so comfortable we rarely wanted to leave. Great early spring getaway

We had a great time at the property. The location is great, very nice and quiet, but within walking distance (10-15 mins) to Commercial Street. The house is fantastic with great features and layout. The owners did an incredible job and we were very comfortable during our stay. Would love to come back.

Amazing Property & Host. Highly Recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay in P-Town and this property is exactly as shown in the photos. Simply put, it is stunning! Beautiful Home with Breathtaking Views!

Geno & Anthony were great hosts! Their home was spotless and provided the perfect home base for our last friends week in Provincetown for 2024. Each of the decks had a spectacular view of the city, ocean and all three light houses. I can't recommend this property enough!

WEDDING WEEK

The house is amazing! Attention to detail in every room.My husband and I rented this home as home base for our son's wedding, and it was an exceptional stay.Friends, guests and family were in awe of both the wonderful house and the view from the deck.The hosts were available when needed and could not have been more gracious and accommodating.The location is perfect with respect to Provincetown itself. We walked almost everywhere. My young grandchildren enjoyed the hot tub and proximity to both the town and beach. My family has stayed in many rental properties as we all like to travel and we could not have been more pleased with this house in every respect. Many thanks to Geno and Anthony.

Great Escape

The property is absolutely wonderful. The owners have taken such great care in making this a very special property. All the little details have been thought of. Robes in every room - gorgeous bathrooms - make for an elevated experience.The kitchen is awesome and so well stocked. The views are beautiful from every room. The hot tub and fireplace for a winter escape were perfect. We would love to come back and experience in the summer as all the decks and outdoor furniture. Both Geno and Anthony were great to communicate with and very helpful.

Amazing Views! Gourmet Kitchen! Wonderful Host!

The views from the kitchen, dining room, and deck are amazing and better than advertised! And, if you enjoy cooking/baking/entertaining, you will be enamored by this gourmet kitchen. Our group of 8 spent a week here and whenever we left the house, we couldn't wait to get back to enjoy it! Anthony was very responsive and a great host even from afar. This was a wonderful and memorable venue for our 50th birthday celebration!

Absolutely incredible stay in magical PTown

A huge thank you to Gino and Anthony for an absolutely incredibly stay in one of PTown’s most luxurious properties. This incredibly stunning property exceeded all expectations; the house and views are even better than the pictures! Everything about the house felt like staying in an intimate, luxury resort. From the luxury amenities, top shelf liquor, chef’s kitchen, hot tub, and everything in-between took this stay to another level. Additionally, both Gino and Anthony are warm and welcoming and were always available for anything we needed. Thank you for a most incredible stay, and we most definitely hope to return to this gorgeous property at the magical tip of the cape. :)

Immaculate House Like No Other

The attention to detail put into this home by Anthony and Geno goes unrivaled for what is available in PTown. We have traveled for the last eleven consecutive years to PTown and this is hands down the best rental we have ever splurged on. We celebrated my husband’s 50th here and need all the extra room and amenities available for when we hosted our gathering of friends to celebrate the momentous occasion. They truly have thought of everything—well appointed with all the dishes, glassware, All-Clad pans and multiple dishwashers. Incredible appliances throughout the kitchen. The living room having a projector made movie night in during storms a blast. The beds were incredibly comfortable along with the Wander linens and KIEHL’S products throughout every bathroom. Having a bike time for our rentals behind the fence came in handy. The jacuzzi tub outside was most definitely used throughout our stay with it being chillier than normal. And we truly could not have asked for more. These guys went all out and it shows. Don’t hesitate to book this!

Absolutely wonderful house

This home couldn't be nicer. Our group of six had a perfect stay. Geno and Anthony, who live in the basement apartment, were kind, extremely responsive, but also totally unobtrusive. Their entrance is totally separate so you have the home fully to yourselves. Everything in the house is brand new and gorgeously designed and renovated. The view off the main deck is breath-taking over the marsh and ocean, and the sunsets from the third floor deck the same. Easy bike into town or the beach, but removed enough to be a total oasis. The house is expensive, but truly worth the price. Can't rave enough.

Fantastic!

Anthony and Geno were the best hosts and their home needs to be seen to be believed. Geno greeted us with a tour of the property and all the wonderful amenities including a hot tub, fire pit, stocked bar and a beautiful charcuterie plate. The house is fantastic - gorgeous views of cape cod bay and wetlands, high end appliances and beautiful details and touches throughout the house. The bedrooms are roomy and super comfortable and the multiple deck spaces are fantastic. Geno and Anthony are some of the friendliest people you could hope to meet and were super responsive. The house location is perfect - short bike ride to the hustle and bustle of town but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. We can’t recommend this home enough!

Better than the Ritz!

This house was AMAZING! It was like staying in a 5 star luxury hotel residence. Light fixtures and furniture were top notch gorgeous. We’re talking Restoration Hardware level gorgeous. 2 bathrobes in every bathroom. Kiehls body wash, shampoo and conditioner in every shower. The 3rd floor is its own ensuite with a small dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Nespresso machine, glasses, dishes and a very spacious wrap around deck that you can watch the sunrise and set from. The master suite is on the 2nd floor and is fabulous and very spacious. Bathroom had a Full soak tub, large shower stall, toilet with a built in bidet! Windows all around with a lovely seating are to see the gorgeous views and it’s own deck. Beautiful bar with its own fridge (built in ice maker) and dishwasher. The kitchen left me speechless. Large double oven Wolf stove with built in griddle. The biggest refrigerator I’ve ever seen in a residence (and the freezer was almost as big). Built in ice maker. Dishwasher, Nespresso machine, brand new 16 speed blender ;-) and coffee pot. The main deck was so comfortable and inviting. We sat out there, on the very comfortable furniture every chance we got. And there’s a LARGE dining table on the deck to eat at as well. Dining room table inside seats 8. Very comfortable, large wrap around sofa in the Great Room to socialize and play games. And a Sonos speaker system. We had the most relaxing and luxurious stay in this beautiful house.

Wonderful and highly recommended!

This was a wonderful place to spend some time this summer. We were lucky enough to rent it for about 5 weeks (bit of July and August) and really have absolutely no complaints about our stay (very rare). By far the best place we have every stayed and the truest to It’s online description. The house itself is wonderful – beautifully furnished with a to-die-for chef’s kitchen. It has a wonderful dining room table and comfy chairs and sofas throughout. Wonderful paintings but definitely does not feel cluttered. The view from the windows and deck is just the best (and the one thing I miss most) and is better in real life than the photos. The beds are super comfortable, and the house is has plenty of towels and a nice washer and dryer. Air conditioning throughout. Loads of closet space as well. The overall house is amazingly clean and that means not just on the surfaces but under beds and places that sometimes get forgotten. There is an outdoor shower and enclosed back yard with beautiful flower and sea air smells all round. We were able to use some beach chairs and umbrellas and there is a bike stand (highly recommend renting bikes). The grill works great as does the outdoor fire pit. The house is close to the beach and also near the Provincetown pool which we went to quite often, and a 10-15 min walk into the center of town. Lastly Anthony and Geno were hospitable, welcoming, and also great at communication. Basically a 5-star experience in one of the best towns ever.

Great location for our family. Quick ride to town and super close to Herring Cove and Arace Point beaches. Great layout and deck with amazing views of the Long Point breakwater and the marsh. Anthony and Geno were super nice and responsive. Would highly recommend

Family reunion

Ten members of our extended family rented Geno's and Anthony's place for a week. The house is beautiful, with a view that can't be beat. Close to Herring Cove Beach, and a twenty-minute walk to the center of P'town. It's at the quiet west end of the town. The place was very well appointed, kitchen was great. Bedrooms are comfortable yet cozy. But between the living area and the deck there was room for all. We biked, played pickleball, swam, walked, and took a tour of the dunes. For those of us who wanted a week of peace, quiet, and Cape beauty, the location was great, and for those who wanted the color and excitement of a town, the proximity to downtown P'town was ideal.

A memorable and wonderful stay!

Anthony and Geno’s home is truly warm and welcoming. It is in a perfect location with breathtaking views. Rejuvenating Retreat

Hard to describe how relaxing our stay at Geno and Anthony's beautiful house was for our family of 8 adults (multi-generational, ages 19 thru 80). With remarkable views, comfortable indoor and outdoor gathering areas, and many beach, biking, shopping options, there was always something for everyone in our group. Staying at home with books, games, and puzzles was a favorite activity as well, as the house - and certainly our hosts - were so accommodating. We would love to be back there this very minute. In addition to the inviting kitchen with its adjacent dining area and deck, the living room and bedrooms all feel fresh and peaceful. The outdoor shower and gardens, along with other special touches, made this getaway so memorable. With hopes of returning!

Beautiful Provincetown

The property was just as advertised. Despite arriving during a Nor’easter, the home was as bright as it could be and our stay was great. Incredible views, location perfect, kitchen v well stocked w all cooking gadgets one could use. Beds very comfortable. Owner was immediately responsive when the cable signal got messed up by the storm and w one or two minor questions. The electronics sometimes puzzled us but probably because we are sort of old! (We eventually figured it all out.) We wished for one more bathroom-but otherwise perfect. Highly recommend.

Fabulous house in Provincetown

This house is a great find! The view from the deck is gorgeous—it really highlights the natural beauty of Provincetown. The decor feels high-end but comfortable, and the kitchen is well appointed with everything needed to prepare and serve meals and drinks for a large group (there were 10 people in our party). The bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished with high-quality bedding and air conditioning in each room. The fact that they allowed us to bring our two small dogs was a big plus as well! Anthony and Geno were responsive to our requests and went out of their way to make us feel at home. I'd definitely recommend this property to anyone who asks, and I'd book it again.

We have put a lot of tender loving care into this property since we purchased it in late 2013. We fell in love with the view and you will too. It is now a very comfortable and spacious home with everything you could wish for away from home. It's location is fantastic, both for the views, and given it is set on a quiet street away from the "madness" of Commercial Street, yet only a few minutes walk.

3rd floor wet bar (with sink, dishwasher, fridge and freezer and fully stocked with glassware to take advantage of 3rd floor large deck and have a cocktail while watching the sun set over Cape Cod Bay.

4 bed and 4 bath (1st floor bath is half bath with direct access to outdoor enclosed shower.

Large Hot Tub.

Internal log fireplace for off season.

Outdoor gas fireplace on deck.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION - within a 5 minute walk to tidal moors, Herring Cove bike rack, the start of Commercial Steet at Pilgrim's Landing and The Red Inn Restaurant. Yet in a quiet nature filled setting in the middle of Cape Cod Dunes.
