The property was absolutely beautiful, lush,well kept - a total oasis. Our room was steps away from the ocean and the view was even better than the photos. The staff were readily available, helpful, friendly. The host Michael was super responsive and helpful. Location is super convenient with many cafes and restaurants within walking distance on the beach, but Cabarete was also really easy to drive around and park. My husband rented wing foiling gear from a spot a few minutes away on the beach. One of our favorite vacations ever and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back for another stay!

We loved everything about this property. It is absolutely beautiful, the apartment, the spectacular views, the convenience…everything. We came with our two teenage daughters, I was initially concerned about how rough the water would be to swim in but I was pleasantly surprised that it was ideal for swimming in the morning and early afternoon and even midday when the wind picked up I was cautious but never worried. The balcony alone is worth the price. It’s HUGE. We ate breakfast there almost every morning and sat and lounged in the afternoon with a beautiful breeze looking at the gorgeous landscaping and sound of the ocean. Michael and Alicia have thought of everything. The recommended restaurants were all good. We loved Bliss, and the restaurant at Sea Horse Ranch was wonderful. The waffles and coffee at Vagamundo are not to be missed. But if you like a good burger and are staying in for the night, you must order Knuckleheadz, the burgers and fries are spectacular. One of the best burgers I have had ever. We ordered from there twice. We had the pool to our selves, it was so so relaxing. We didn’t rent a car, we called Marino whenever we needed to get anywhere and he was so kind and accommodating whenever we needed him. Michael and Alicia were also, so kind always going the extra mile…I can’t say enough about much we enjoyed our stay and how relaxed I still feel 4 days later.

Fantastic location, property, condo. Felt instantly welcoming: small, tight-knit community with friendly neighbor owners, relaxed renters, attentive staff. Bonus points for two property dogs never missing a check-in or send-off . The charm of a boutique property with the perk of a great restaurant and kiteboarding coach just two lots away. We came thinking of kiteboarding lessons for our teens, and it was great — active, happy kids while adults relaxed.The unit is thoughtfully modernized, well maintained, and well-equipped throughout, esp. the kitchen (incl. air fryer). We found everything we looked for. The living space was very comfortable for the 4 of us —inside or on the spacious porch viewing the gardens and beach. One small “feature” worth noting: motion-sensor bathroom lights —great for energy savings… harsh on middle-of-the-night eyes. We solved by covering the sensor before sleeping . Michael and Alicia are fantastic. They provided detailed info in advance, including how to fill out the "E-Ticket" required to enter DR, where to buy groceries on the way, and favorite taxi driver (we rented a car). When our flights from home canceled multiple times they were super flexible for our rsvn dates. They were readily available for questions and issues during our stay. When we mentioned a broken item, a staff member knocked within hours, even though not critical for our stay. They clearly cared about our stay and their property. Easy 5-star. Hope to return.

"Stunning views"

This property was absolutely perfect! The space was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the location was fantastic, with easy access to everything we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked. Michael (owner) was also incredibly responsive and helpful, making our stay seamless and enjoyable. We highly recommend this property! The best place I have ever stayed..The Beach Club at Sea Horse Ranch overlooking the Ocean for Dinner is a Must. Lana & friends :)

Fabulous Stay!

This property is one of the very best we've stayed at...and we've stayed at A LOT! Every detail in this beautiful condo is so well thought out - the pictures don't do it justice! Unlike many vacation rentals, the unit actually felt more spacious than the photos showed. The view was breathtaking, the location perfect, and the hosts were among the friendliest and accommodating we've encountered. We can't recommend this property highly enough!

Lovely beach-front apartment

The view and location were perfect. There were a couple restaurants within 10 minutes walk. It was a nice quiet getaway, with amazing weather and a peaceful setting. We loved it!

Absolutely beautiful location & condo

The condo was extremely clean and well appointed. My family had a wonderful vacation. Kite Beach is exceptional and lots a great restrauarants near by. Extremely quite and relaxing on our side of the beach. I would love t go to this place again in the future. Thank you Michael and Alicia for a wonderful vacation.

Great experience overall. Very Very nice place and if you are there to kite this is as good as it gets. Spot right in front, shower, kite room, deck to chill and stare at the ocean etc. All wonderful. Would love to come back again.

Perfect vacation

Nature fills the room.

Wonderful oceanfront on Kite beach. The gardens are amazing and the ocean fills your senses while you relax and recharge. Michelle was helpful during booking and Kathy and crew took care of everything when we were at the property.

Very nice condo, the grounds are so beautiful you feel like you have found your own tropical paradise.Michael and Alicia answered any questions we had before our stay, gave us great recommendations of where to eat, places to see etc. and checked in with us to make sure our stay was going well. We did not rent a car and used Marino when we needed to go anywhere(recommended by Michael & Alicia). We highly recommend this property and the area. The locals were very nice and helpful. , etc

Perfection!

Everything about this property and the entire rental experience was amazing! Owner is very responsive, property manager is very attentive, and the property itself was perfect. We really appreciated the added touches, like the coffee station in the kitchen, and the plush towels. We will definitely be back and rent this condo again. Loved it!

Amazing views, location, host and space

This condo is one of 6 in the complex so it feels very homey. The view is amazing and is located near tons of restaurants and activities. The hosts have made the place super comfortable with everything you could possibly ever need; from towels, kitchen supplies, cooking items and even toiletries. They have thought of everything! I would highly recommend this place ! It was perfect.

Beautiful gardens and beach

The grounds were magical! My wife is a gardner so she was right at home upon arrival. The condo was spacious & clean and the views of the kites everyday offered quite a bit of entertainment. We enjoyed the secluded pool everyday and the beach for early morning walks and sunsets. Neighbors and staff were very friendly. It's a bit of a hike to town but still a great location, we look forward to coming back again!

We had a wonderful time here! This is our third time staying in Kite Beach. We absolutely loved Michael and Alicia's place! The condo was so clean and bright and the decor was so tastefully executed. We had everything we could've needed for our stay. The guide book provided was extremely helpful and overall, the staff were superb! We had a bit of a long wait before we could check in but I think that was due to unforseen circumstances. We will definitely be coming back to Michael and Alicia's place! They were excellent hosts and great communicators.

Beautiful condo with amazing views

We loved our stay at Michael and Alicia’s condo. The condo is in a small complex situated on the beach surrounded by amazing gardens. The condo had everything we needed, even wine aerators! No detail seemed left untouched. The condo is comfortable and decorated beautifully. We came to kite and this is the best location, we’ve been coming here for years. The pool is also amazing and out of the wind nestled in the gardens. We will be back again and again.

Perfection at Palacio

2B Palacio is a beautifully appointed, comfortable, spacious apartment with excellent concierge attention by owners, Michael & Alicia and all the on premise staff. Palacio is ideally located yet tucked away, quiet, private, peaceful. It is completely unique and a complete delight with sounds of the ocean, feel of the constant breeze, surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens, gorgeous ocean views. With everything to do (for every age) or nothing to do, whatever the heart desires! Thank you, Michael & Alicia for our week in Paradise at your lovely home! Alicia and I are both Healthcare Professionals who have spent decades working in Operating Rooms in the NY/NJ Metropolitan Area of the United States. Alicia is passionate about giving back to her roots, having been born in The Dominican Republic, and as such has been doing Cardiac Surgery Mission Trips for many, many years, including in the Capital, Santo Domingo. Purchasing this Condo was truly a Dream Come True for her.
We spent the Fall of 2021 and into the first half of 2022 "Totally" Renovating and Restocking the Condo with New Bedroom & Dining Room Furnishings, including All New Master Bedroom Furniture and Mattress, All New Bedding, including Sheets, Comforters, Bathroom, Kitchen and Beach Towels. The Kitchen was completely remodeled including all new small appliances, New Granite Countertops, Tile Backsplash and Gas Cooktop, and we also restocked the cabinets with just about "everything" new providing everything we could think so our guests don't have to need anything. We have even added a Grill on the Balcony! All the comforts of home with Beach Front Living!

We remodeled this unit to the highest standards so that our Rental Guests will enjoy the same Luxuries that we appreciate when we travel.

When you book with us you will experience owners who are "hands-on", thereby helping ensure you have an amazing vacation. Our Property Manager and onsite Staff share our passion and go above and beyond so you can just relax and enjoy.

Know that we will be reachable from the time you book, throughout your stay, and beyond, as most of our guest return to visit again.

We loved the cultural richness of the Cabarete area, the weather and the people are warm all year round. There are Fantastic Restaurants all along the picturesque beach while walking to downtown Cabarete, as well as along the main road by taxi or car, and & most deliver! The Condo is "ON" KITE BEACH, a Top 10 Rated "Worldwide" location, where Kite Surfing and any Water Sport you can think of is available. In addition to Horseback Riding all along our beachfront, there is an amazing Golf Course, Hiking, Waterfall Jumping, Zip Lining, Snorkeling & Scuba and lots of other "excursions" available within close proximity, most with pickups at our gate.
