The Upper Level Apartment offers four ensuite bedrooms and a breath-taking outdoor balcony showcasing the Marina. Dive into the saltwater pool, use the hot tub or find serenity in our yoga room and infrared sauna. Enjoy our game room with popular preloaded video games, a 65” TV, a professional grade foosball table, with complimentary snacks and beverages. Just 5 minutes from Rodney Bay and nearby Reduit beach.



The Space:

Our villa consists of two fully air conditioned luxury apartments, on the Upper and Ground Levels, available to rent separately or together. The Upper Level Apartment boasts four ensuite bedrooms and an outdoor balcony with expansive sea views. The Ground Level Apartment has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a large main deck leading to the villa’s saltwater pool. Both apartments also feature spacious living and dining rooms, fully equipped kitchens and laundry rooms. By the pool, guests will also find a hot tub, a sauna and yoga room and a game room.



Guest Access:

Our villa has a gated private entrance to our driveway and parking. Each apartment also has its own separate entry door with keypad locks.



The Neighborhood:

Oasis at Villla Bonne Terre is situated within walking distance of Rodney Bay Marina with its many boats, waterfront restaurants and shops. It is also just 5 minutes away from Reduit Beach, downtown Rodney Bay, St. Lucia’s entertainment and recreation center. Enjoy the colorful shops, cafes and restaurants during the day along with a vibrant nightlife featuring popular night clubs and live entertainment



Getting Around:

Parking? Yep, it's on the house! No need to stress about finding a spot. Plus, once you've parked, you're just a hop, skip, and jump away from all the action! Take a leisurely stroll to tantalizing restaurants, quirky shops, and lively bars - all within walking distance! And when it's time to hit the sandy shores, fear not! The beach is just a quick 5 minute drive away!
