The property was fantastic! Super easy to get into, and even let us in a couple minutes early because we got in early! The Hilton pool pass was fantastic, definitely a highlight, but even the pool at the villas was amazing too! It was also well stocked compared to some other places we’ve stayed! Thank you so much! Hope to be back!

Very nice stay in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is so convenient to many places on the island. The house was very clean and nice. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need.

Great stay!!

Wonderful condo. Passes to the Hilton were the bomb. Wonderful pool there as well as coffee shop, restaurants and shops. Nice location. Only issue was a low supply of towels on arrival but called the office and they remedied that right away. Would definitely recommend this VRBO for family or friend groups. Happy to stay there again!

Island escape

The condo was comfortable, spacious and super clean. We loved the location. Restaurants, grocery stores and beautiful beaches are convenient. Definitely recommend this property!

Will definitely book again!

Pictures were accurate. Appreciated the ease of check-in/check-out. The amenities that came with our rental was such a bonus! Loved that there were no additional fees (parking, resort, etc) that sometimes get added on when booking a vacation rental. Will definitely stay again!!

Great place

The property was in a great location. Check in was easy and property manager did follow up with us in the beginning. We did find some crumbs in the living room and dining room from the previous renters. Lower level bedroom didn’t get much air conditioning and was a bit stuffy.

Spring Break Relaxation

Great condo! We stayed with my parents and two sons over spring break. The condo had plenty of towels, bedding, dishes, etc. We were able to eat in when we wanted to. The area is a condo wonderland where everything looks the same - so navigating the arrival at night was confusing. The pool passes to Hilton were a bonus and easy to use. We had a few cockroaches in kitchen but it is tropical. But overall a fabulous place.

Has all the amenities

We stayed there for 7 nights. Even though the listing stated that they will provide starter kit, there were more than that in the condo. 2 jumbo Kirkland paper towel rolls, 3 toilet rolls in each bathroom, plenty of dishwasher and clothes detergent. It even has a spice rack, pink sea salt from Costco, small Sarah wrap, foil, ziploc bags. We cooked a lot and it was very helpful to have these in plentiful amount. The pool is nice and modern and looks newer than the pool at Hilton Waikoloa. We went to Hilton 3x to look at dolphins, turtle, and enjoying the beach view. We only swam at Hilton once because our pool is cleaner. Waikoloa is the best area to stay and last time we stayed at Waikoloa Beach and this is as enjoyable. Second day our dishwasher clogged and they got it fix within 3 hours. Near the last day our AC didn’t work properly and they got it fixed within 5 hours. Oh they even have rice cooker, blender, toaster even

Amazing Hawaiian Condo

I would highly recommend this unit. The condo is well appointed with 3 great sized bedrooms. Four members of our family stayed for 10 days and everything about the unit was amazing. It is in a great location, central to shopping, groceries, a movie theater, beach and a great varietiy of restaurants. The unit comes with a pass to the Hilton resort which offers great swimming pool options with water slides, which was a hit woth our 5 year old daughter. The manager company was also great. Good communication and very accommodating. The pictures of the unit and property are accurate. We highly recommend this propwrty or any offered by ResorticaHawaii. We will not look anywhere else for our next visit.
