Beautiful waterfront home with private ocean access directly across the street. A private paradise on over an acre with stunning views of both the bay and ocean. Enjoy amazing sunsets from the spacious back deck and listen to the roar of the ocean from the large front deck. Fully renovated in March 2024 and professionally decorated in a California coastal vibe. 6 well appointed bedrooms offer plenty of space and privacy. Well appointed kitchen for large family meals and perfect for entertaining. All new mattresses with high thread count sheets and bedding. Ride bikes to watch the live bands at Cupsogue Beach, fish and paddleboard right out the back door, enjoy the private sand volleyball court, or relax by the firepit. Convenient to shopping and dining in WHB. The quintessential Hamptons beach house for your family! Sorry, no pets allowed...

Great location and stay

The property is well located between the beach and the bay. Easy access to get in and out of the house and plenty of space to host many people. Kelly was easy to communicate with and made our stay enjoyable.

Beautiful beach house!!

The house is bright and beautiful. We had a great beach week, staying steps from the ocean and the bay. Kelly is a great host! Thanks for a wonderful trip with our three children, daughter in law, son in law and friends!

Beautiful Spot!!

We Had a great week at this beautiful home! The location is perfect- across the street access to the beach! Furnishings and bedding are comfy and cozy. Outside space plentiful with nice gas fire pit table. The host was available to answer and help with any issues. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful home and awesome stay on Dune Road!!

Overall, we had an absolutely awesome stay at this house in Westhampton, right on Dune Road! The location couldn’t be better for beach access, and many beach necessities were included by the host (Kelly), such as beach chairs and beach cruiser bikes. The house is newly renovated and very comfortably fit our group of 10 adults. You can tell much thought went into the renovations and it makes the stay well worth it! Additionally, Kelly had great communication with us prior to and during our stay and was very accommodating with a few requests we had. Highly recommend this house for your stay in the Hamptons!
