Having Elise and her family enjoy the property and the amenities was my pleasure. Very pleasant family and very respectful of my home and communication was great. Mary and her family were just great guests! I would have them back anytime! Communication was a breeze and easy to accommodate in my large home. I am happy that Mary enjoyed the privacy of the beach and the properties heated pool and hot tub as well as the property set up to work from home, is the best of both worlds! They had a great time! We’re so glad to hear that you had a wonderful time and that the layout and location of the house helped make your vacation special.   We do mention in our detailed Check in Procedure document that is sent to our guests what we do & do not provide, to prepare for their stay. The house is equipped with plenty of towels as well as drinking glasses.   While we do have routine maintenance checks between stays, sometimes an issue may arise unexpectedly, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we resolved the pool heater within 24 hours. Anything regarding the property I do always address right away. Please note, there was a guest that did check out the morning of your arrival and everything was in proper order.  Also wanted to kindly mention that I had a lovely conversation with your wife the night before your arrival. She expressed interest in arriving two hours early, but I explained that we had a guest checking out that same morning, and our cleaning crew needed the full time to prepare the home. Despite that, you and your family arrived and two hours before the scheduled check-in time, while the cleaning crew was still working. I take great pride in the cleanliness of my home, and my crew works very hard to ensure everything is spotless. In order to deliver that high standard, it’s important they have the proper time and space to finish their work without interruption.  We’re grateful for your kind words about our responsiveness and for highlighting the positive aspects of your stay. Your feedback helps us improve, and we truly hope to host you and your family again in the future!
