**Magnificent Upgrade as of August 2024 - As Brand New Split AC system with individual controls in both the living room and bedroom has been installed.**

Escape to paradise with this beautiful and meticulously maintained ocean view condo, nestled on the 5th floor for stunning vistas of both the majestic ocean and the iconic Haleakala volcano from your private lanai.

Inside, you'll find comfort and luxury with a comfortable master bedroom boasting a plush king bed, complemented by a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests in the living room. Stay cool and comfortable with ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom, along with a new Split AC system in both the living room and bedroom, ensuring a refreshing retreat from the tropical heat. Make use of the convenient washer/dryer for added convenience during your stay.

Prepare delicious meals in the fully supplied kitchen, adorned with modern appliances, and dine in style amidst tasteful decor that exudes island charm.

Step outside and immerse yourself in the lush tropical landscaping of the complex, which features two inviting pools, gas BBQ grills, and a full-size tennis court for your enjoyment. Simply sign out rackets at the office for a leisurely game under the Hawaiian sun.

Conveniently situated directly across the street from the ocean, you'll have easy access to one of the best snorkeling and swimming spots on this side of the island – Kamaole II Beach Park. We have 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, a cooler, and beach towels available for you to enjoy at the beach!

Overall this place was a gem! It is in a great location being in walking distance of multiple restaurants and Kamaole II beach across the street. And a great ocean view!We enjoyed the warm, clean pool multiple days when the winds were blowing too strongly in the afternoon. Plenty of chairs and noise was not an issue. We also appreciated the dual A/C in the unit, a big plus for us! Communication was quick when we had issues connecting to the wifi/the wifi wasnt working. We also found that the beach umbrella was broken, and we were immediately met with solutions. Check in was very quick and easy. The unit had mostly everything you could need! Beach chairs, umbrella (assuming they will replace the broken one as we ended up renting one for free with our snorkel gear), beach towels, cooler (I did leave our ice packs so hopefully those stay in unit for furture guests to use). Cleanliness was not completely up to my standarda, but I do have higher standards in this department. The only area that didnt meet expectations was the bathroom. Unfortunately there were hairs in the shower and on the toilet. The tile in the bathroom area appears dirty, possibly due to it needing updating, however after I wiped that area down it was all good. The bathroom also was smaller than I expected based on the photos but it still worked perfectly fine! Othet than the bathroom area, the rest of the unit was very clean!Overall, Id recommend and would stay here again!
