Updated lower unit of a split-level home. Private entrance and use of entire lower level with 2Br/1Ba. Enjoy Spring, Summer and Fall on the outdoor patio furnished with a charcoal grill. Free parking up to 2 cars.

Goid stay for money.

Nice location clean had everything we needed for stay but neighborhood not best and ac unit in living room didn't keep bedrooms cool even with fans. Think low of freeon or filter needed changed. Didnt feel provate withduplex abut it said so in description. Overall decent stay. Big white towels and bathroom products for shower. Priced appropriatelyetc.

Not what was expected

This property was listed as a duplex and I assumed that meant side by side, it is not. This unit is on the bottom floor and you can hear everything upstairs. The neighborhood is terrible. Loud cars and music throughout the night, overgrown yards, houses falling apart. The unit is cute and well appointed but they need a different cleaner. Cobwebs and dust, mildew in the shower, dirty corners of the bathroom. No kitchen towels or rags were there to wash dishes or wipe countertops. There was half a roll of toilet paper and nothing more. The white towels were all stained except a few. The towels that were hanging for presentation purposes were dingy and gross. The back porch reeked of cigarettes because a dirty ashtray was left sitting in there. The smell didn't go away when I put it outside. The back porch also did not lock, The wifi was so slow my son couldn't watch tv in the bedroom. There is NO central AC. The window unit is the living room did not work. It blew out air like a fan, I had three fans in the front bedroom while I slept because it was so hot. The landlord seemed nice and helped me plan a few things but the unit needs to be worked on.

Great stay !!

We enjoyed the week that we stayed. The hosts responded quickly to our questions while we settled in for our stay. Everything was just as described. The adjustable beds were a great surprise. The location was central to everything we wanted to do while in Niagara Falls.

Not a good area or rental property!!

I would never stay here again. While it was very close to Niagara Falls. The pictures are miss leading. They are panoramic photos. Rooms are small dark and dirty. There were 2 AC window units with the one in the living room not working very well. The area didn't seem safe. When trying to leave the neighborhood in the evenings the roads were blocked with cars. I had to clean the floors and dishes when we arrived. There were cobwebs everywhere.

Niagara Falls

Great stay overall. Found some great local food places, including Knacks for breakfast, and it was nice to have a rental to go back to after wondering around Niagara for a few days. Patio was nice to step out on, and the bed was comfy. Enjoyed ourselves
