We were only there overnight. Clean, in a good neighborhood, close to the falls and restaurants. Shower leaked water from the head and was too lose to take a shower. Beds were comfortable and slept well ( but had been up 24 hours traveling so was very tired). Our quiet time was 10 pm. One bedroom was noisy with a child upstairs yelling and swearing at his video games. Owner and son stay upstairs. Our nice vehicle was parked along the road as expected. The owner came out to water a small tree shortly after we arrived. He splattered dirt/mud on the side and window of our vehicle and he didn’t rinse it off.

James was very responsive. It’s an old house so you can hear tenants upstairs walking and activity but they didn’t stay up late. Comfortable beds.

The property and neighborhood are ok. It met our basic needs, but there wasn't anything really outstanding about the property. The house is very dated, old, creaky floors, old bath towels and you can hear the tenants upstairs at night. They quieted down by about 11pm though. The town of Niagara Falls seems very run down and somewhat unsafe.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay, all of the instructions were very clear, the home was neat and tidy and had a cozy feel. Check in was simple, I would recommend and book again next time I'm in the area!

Nice Place - But reminds me of the Nick Saban Commercial

Place was fairly clean. Except the bathroom (bath tub had pubic hair in the tub). The bathtub needs replaced or refinished as it's peeling. And it appeared to have some mild mold on the tile surrounding the tub! All the windows for the entire apartment were dirty. Hadn't been cleaned in some time. The kitchen was functional but a bit out dated. The living room furniture also needed upgraded. TV was small for the size of the room. The bedrooms were fantastic! Beds were great!!!! Loved the hardwood floors. Over all a good place to stay, just needs some minor attention. Host was great with communication as well.

Wonderful experience all around

We had a relaxing and quiet stay at James’ lower apartment. So clean and tidy! James happened to be around and was friendly and helpful! We were just visiting for a quick visit to Niagara Falls. We will definitely return.

Convenient and Clean

It was easy to find and close to Niagara Falls activities. It was very clean and the kitchen had supplies for cooking but there were limited spoons. There was space for everyone and handy to have two bathrooms. The cat was friendly and a highlight for the kids.

A Warm and Welcoming Home Away from Home

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. The kitchen had all the essentials we needed, and the living room was cozy and comfortable—perfect for relaxing. The bedroom was also clean and very comfortable. The location was great, close to everything we needed. The host was incredibly attentive and provided clear instructions, showing how much he cares about his home and guests. I also really loved the decorative touches throughout the space—it made the place feel even more welcoming. Would definitely stay again!

Niagara Falls is great to visit any time of year. We have great hiking, restaurants, attractions and tons of scenic views. We have a casino if that is your thing, as well as a lot of shopping destinations. Niagara Falls is a great economic base for visits to Toronto, Buffalo, and even Rochester.
