Amazing host!!! Wished I could give this a 10 star. From the south we were unsure of weather and travel and Doreen and Tony were very accommodating. We booked this last min as our original VRBO cancelled last min, and Doreen and Tony gladly allowed us to come on in . I would recommend and def be staying again ! Close to the Falls great Pizza and the boarder if you plan to visit Canada.

The house was clean and ready for our stay. I loved the original wood work, vintage furniture and decor. It made it feel very cozy, like I was at my grandma's house for a sleep over. Doreen is a lovely host and went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. We were just two cousin's traveling but there is plenty of room if you had a larger family. We enjoyed the home and Niagra/Buffalo so much that we intend to return!

Cons: There were three doors leading into the apartment, that was lock from the other side. This gave us unease as to our security, especially since we have children with us. The sofa and dinning room chair cushions were very dirty with visible stains. One of the twin beds was broken, if you sit on the edge of the bed it would flip up. Pros: The beds were comfortable. The bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were clean. The location was close to the Niagara Falls. Street parking was pretty easy.

Doreen and Tony are excellent hosts. Their home is charming, comfortable clean. I particularly enjoyed the front porch and rocking chair overlooking Doreen’s beautiful flower garden.

We had a lovely few days at this property. My husband and I spent 3 nights here with our 2 college age sons. We are about to become empty nesters, so some family time was needed.The property was clean and quiet, perfect for relaxing after busy days being a tourist and bustling among the crowds in Niagara Falls.The 3 bedrooms were small but very comfortable and we all slept well. We had no issues with the single bathroom, we are used to making that work.It’s very close to the Falls and the bridge to Canada.Doreen was very attentive and welcoming, a lovely hostess. She was very responsive to messages and super helpful.Our food choices during our time…The Blind Pig/Cananda The Spot for coffee and a quick morning bite. The Mami House. Yummy!Breakfast at The Marketside Restaurant…big portions and a delicious way to start the day. Counterpart Brewing on the Canadian side.De-Dee’s ice cream is not far from the property for some giant scoops of ice cream. The small was more than enough for me, yet the medium size were huge! Delicious.Also, we all really enjoyed the Underground Railroad Museum. Taj led a very informative conversation tour, very good.It was great to have this clean, cozy, cool and comfortable place to come back to each evening. Thanks for everything!

We had a great 2-night stay at Tony and Doreen’s place with our baby. The hosts were super warm and easy to communicate with — really kind and helpful, especially when a package we ordered arrived late.The house has that cozy, familiar vibe, kind of like being at your grandparents’ place. We only used the main bedroom, which was very comfy, and the temperature in the house was just right. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the garden is beautiful — perfect for a quiet moment outside.We’re cat people, so we loved having their sweet cats around too.We’d definitely stay here again!

Gemütliches Ferienhaus in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Alles genau wie in dem Inserat beschrieben. Alles sehr sauber und persönlich eingerichtet. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu den Fällen, Supermarkt in der Nähe, großer Kühlschrank und Herd. Doreen und Tony sind großartige Gastgeber, mit denen man sich schön unterhalten kann ohne dass sie aufdringlich sind.Absolut zu empfehlen.

Wonderful Place to Stay close to the Falls

This place is a Gem. The owners Doreen and Tony are super nice and live upstairs. The apartment is well-maintained and comfortable. Very close to the American Falls you can almost walk. They have a great Italian restaurant nearby called La Cucina Di Momma real authentic Italian in my opinion.I would recommend this place for a couple or family getaway.

Lovely Property

Loved this older home. The front porch became a favorite place to sit and chat. The antique kitchen sink is adorable. The owner came down and had a lovely chat as well. It's convenient to all the locale attractions as well. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Home away from Home

It was really Home away from Home, we felt home, my Family was in love with the House and our Long Weekend was too short hehehe. I have a pleasure to meet Doreen and Tony, very nice People and always giving us all the Support we need... Can't wait to go there again. We were able to have a short getaway and visit the Falls. The host gave us a great food recommendation and was very kind and accommodating. We would love to visit again and spend more time exploring everything Tony and Doreen told us about.

The hosts Doreen and Tony are fantastic. The house is very cozy. Tony gave great recommendations to restaurants and even offered to drive us ro get a rental car. We will stay here again in the future

Historical charm

Doreen's home was clean, orderly and homely. There were thoughtful touches like local brochures, extra blankets, decorations, and coffee! She even recommended several playgrounds in the area. The description of the listing is accurate. If I needed anything, she was a quick text away. I appreciated having her close by. We stayed 5 days and felt at home. We were centrally located and able to access surrounding areas like Grand Island, Buffalo, Lewiston, and Canada. Doreen was very accommodating to our needs when checking in and out. She was also lovely to chat with. I would stay here again.

The home was designed as a vacation home in memory of my Dear Aunt, who always put the needs and comfort of others her top priority. The home has many items throughout that will give you the feeling of a loving, comfortable home.

The home is centrally located in a nice residential neighborhood.Our home offers a comfortable cozy front porch, surrounded by an array of flowers, where you can relax with your favorite beverage after a busy day!!
If quiet time is preferred, all Bedrooms are equipped with TV's and Wireless Internet.
The Living Room is furnished with large comfortable furniture, fits a family of 6 very comfortably.
