ASJ is the perfect home-away-from-home getaway. Centrally located in Marksville, it's just a mile from the Paragon Casino and conveniently close to downtown, as well as numerous restaurants and stores. The home has been fully renovated, featuring sleek modern finishes that enhance its charming character, offering an inviting and private retreat.

This beautifully decorated home has a fully stocked kitchen with coffee bar, high speed internet, TVs with Roku streaming services, board games, three comfortable beds adorned with luxurious linens, a bathroom with tub/shower and all essentials, and outdoor patio and private fenced backyard.

Guests can enjoy the entire home and outdoor conveniences for a spectacular experience. All door entrances (inside and from outside) are at least 36" wide. With an abundance of amenities for your pleasure and enjoyment, you're sure to have a memorable stay!

This is our home away from home!! The minute you walk in the door you can feel the love that went into remodeling this home. We have stayed 2 years in a row & if possible we will be back next year too. The hostess Patricia is WONDERFUL!! We never had any problems with our stay but I can assure you that if we did she would have fixed it immediately. She truly cares about her guests & wants them to have the best stay. The first time we stayed there I left a insulated cup there & she saved it for me & when I walked in that was the first thing I saw. Not many would do that. I really don't want my secret jewel known to everyone but I can't be selfish and not share it.

Great house!

We were pleasantly surprised at the beauty of this house. It has so many great features that my husband is inspired to make changes in our home! Definitely recommend this house!

Exactly as described, quiet and clean

Truly is a jewel in marksville. Very close to everything, very clean, and in a quiet part of town. Games to play for the kids, and tvs in the rooms for the parents. Patricia was incredibly helpful with things to do in town, and answered all questions very quickly. We even left something valuable behind in the dresser, and were able to return after check out and retrieve with no incidents at all. 100% will pick here again

OUTSTANDING!!!!

We were in town for the Southern Style Car Show. We walked into this BEAUTIFUL cottage & couldn't believe our eyes. It was beautifully decorated & had everything you could possibly need for your stay. I wish we could have stayed longer to fully enjoy all it's amenities. The back porch was so inviting & it also had a fire pit that we didn't get to use because we were to tried. To say this home was a wonderful place is a understatement. You have to see it to believe it. The host Patricia was AMAZING!! She truly cares for her guest. Always in communication with you & if you need her she responds within minutes. I cannot say enough good things to let you know how wonderful this home truly is.

When I am not working (which is not often) I spend my time with my 3 wonderful adult children, and my family and friends.
