Centrally located in Marksville, it's just a mile from the Paragon Casino and conveniently close to downtown, as well as numerous restaurants and stores. The home has been fully renovated, featuring sleek modern finishes that enhance its charming character, offering an inviting and private retreat.
This beautifully decorated home has a fully stocked kitchen with coffee bar, high speed internet, TVs with Roku streaming services, board games, three comfortable beds adorned with luxurious linens, a bathroom with tub/shower and all essentials, and outdoor patio and private fenced backyard.
Guests can enjoy the entire home and outdoor conveniences for a spectacular experience. All door entrances (inside and from outside) are at least 36" wide. With an abundance of amenities for your pleasure and enjoyment, you're sure to have a memorable stay!
