Rega Stays welcomes you to our beautifully decorated condo conveniently located between all of the Branson attractions. Sip on your morning coffee or night cap with a glass of wine on your private, covered, screened-in porch as you take in the serenity with your family and friends. This ground floor condo (one flight of stairs) is perfect for your furry friends as well with easy access out the back door to the grassy backyard. We even provide a pack-n-play for our littlest guests. Come relax and enjoy all the comforts of home with a touch of luxury in new home away from home.

Conveniently located, some of Branson's most famous attractions are just a few miles away including The Branson Aquarium (4), Moonshine Beach (3), Silver Dollar City (9), The Titanic (3.5), The Sight and Sound Theater (7), The Branson Strip (3), The Landing (7), Runaway Coasters (2) and Tanger Outlet (5). We booked this for our yearly trip to Branson. Communication prior to our stay was outstanding. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The location was great and only minutes away from entertainment and reasturants but secluded from traffic. I would definitely recommend and would re book for our next trip! Thanks for the great space!

We enjoyed our stay. Loved that back doors were on ground level. Condo had everything you needed and was not far from attractions. Pond needed a little cleaning up but was still a nice addition.

We had a great time Ashley Cole was wonderful

The accommodations of the room was great. It had a nice kitchen a nice living room and the two bedroom for great and so were the bathrooms. We did have to walk down a flight of stairs so if you have elderly people, you need to know what floor you’re going to be on it was in a great location. They were doing work so they were some constructions, but that means that they’re only trying to make it better. The only downside is no swimming pool, but we were not traveling with kids, but I recommend anybody looking for a condo. Ashley was the best.

Perfect little pet friendly condo for our little family visit!

The condo community is really peaceful and lovely. Pet friendly and two great restaurants on site with a market/gas station. Golf, Mini Golf, volleyball, playground all within walking distance. We were close to the Table Rock marina so we did some fishing. The 76 strip is right down the road. Ours had a screened in patio, we watched nature and had a seafood boil on the patio. It had everything we needed. It was clean and well stocked. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was great! They were accepting of our pet as well, which was a big reason why we stayed here. I’m so glad we chose this condo. Enough space for my family! We cooked a lot of meals as well. Only issue, and it’s so small, is there weren’t a lot of pots/pans (specifically baking sheets). That’s literally my only complaint, so I’d say that’s pretty good! Ashley was communicative and even gave us a list of things to do while we were in Branson. We had a fantastic trip! Thank you, Ashley!

Very dated, dark rooms and furnishings - which make it feel even smaller. My grand daughter and I shared a bedroom and each morning woke up with bug bites. It's a good thing 2 or our adult family members did not travel with us. It would've been very uncomfortable with 6 people in this unit.

We absolutely enjoyed our time in the condo! It is beautiful, peaceful, and everyone there was super friendly. We are a family of 5, with 2 dogs and it was so nice to find a place we could being out fur babies with us. Ashley the host was the heat host we've ever had. She was so kind and helpful.

Felt like home

Our stay was great! The condo was in a good location, it was clean and decorated nicely. We loved the screened in patio! Although both beds were not the most comfortable. We would stay there again though. We loved it that the owners were Christian and had a brief letter about them in the welcome book!

Hi! I'm Ashley, the founder of Rega Stays, and since we are grateful that you are considering our condo as a place to stay, I wanted to fill you in on who we are as your potential hosts.

First and foremost, we are a Christian family and we are proud of our faith. We (Scott and I) desire to instill this faith in our children and if successful, we would count this our lives' crowning achievement!

Our children, numerous as they are (7!), range in age from 4 to 23 and their individual personalities vary just as much. We have an artist (23), a singer (21), a softball/socialite (14), two baseball players (11 & 12), a gymnast (10) and ‘the boss’ (4).

After years in the corporate finance world, I left office life to pursue my dream of hosting. Now I consider it an extreme honor to get to play even the smallest part in helping my guests enjoy their vacations! ❤️ Scott, also in corporate finance, balances his professional work with his passion for farming.

We love our sports enjoying Chiefs, Royals and Wildcat games with friends, family and BBQ. Our weekends are marked with these as we love to host at our crazy, loud and packed house! While we play hard, we also work hard. Scott persistently reminds me to balance the former with the latter.

We each grew up in small, rural Kansas communities and a commonality within our individual families were annual trips to Branson and Silver Dollar City! Our childhood memories of these trips often overtook our conversations and we vowed our children would experience the same. Scott did not even put up an ounce of resistance when I suggested purchasing a condo for us to stay in and share with family and friends. We have enjoyed the experiences with our guests so much that we now own and/or manage 40!
