A beautiful home that can only be described as a luxury beach cottage, on exclusive Dodge Lake. Another Lily of the Keys design, this luxury home is thoughtfully laid out with five bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom boasting floor to ceiling tile, solid glass doors, and an additional half bath for guests. The home is fully furnished with king-size beds in each bedroom, as well as 50-in TVs. The living room has two large couches with an 85-in flat screen TV for a great entertainment experience. But you are not going to want to watch TV with the incredible view that overlooks beautiful Dodge lake. Even doing the dishes will be a joy with the window over the sink providing a view of the lake. Custom concrete pool with sun ledge, and patio area leads out to the 45 foot TREX Deck dock, with 10 additional feet to accommodate a 55 vessel. I personally love key west when i was in my 20s... Marathon is where i like to be. I have owned vacation rentals in Marathon since 2005. I rented vacation homes from others here before 2005... and was always disappointed in the condition of the homes. I thought... "I can do better".

Lovely, clean and spacious house - exactly as described and pictured. We thought the airport would be annoying, but honestly, it wasn’t a problem and watching some of the small planes coming in for a landing from the balcony was a lot of fun. Nicely stocked kitchen plus a fantastic dining table that seated 10 (perfect for family game night). Overall, so much room for our extended family to spread out and be comfortable. Mornings on the balcony with a cup of coffee watching the boats and manatees in the water - well it just doesn’t get much better. Nice pool a hot tub. Ice maker on the fridge wasn’t working but we were having such a good time, we kept forgetting to mention it!

Perfect week vacation for 14 people. Beautiful home, cold a/c, plenty of space, and close to everything. The hostess was fantastic and prompt whenever I reached out. Everything was supplied! Definitely a home away from home!

Amazing Getaway for 10

The property was clean and well kept. The amenities were great, pool, dock, hot tub, fishing from the dock. We had 5 adult couples in our group And the accommodations were fabulous. The house is beautiful!Thank youJessi and Debbie

Family vacation

There were 8 adults a 4 yr old and 2 yr old in our family vaca. The house was perfect for us and we had plenty of room. Loved the big table and chairs so we could all have our meals together. The pool with the ledge around it and sitting area in the pool were great for reading and for the boys to play. They also have towels for pool. It felt like everything was a 5 minute drive, grocery, dinner and the homemade popcicles were amazing! Had a question about check out and Missy was quick to respond and helpful with fishing questions prior to the trip. Will definitely book this house again if we go back to Marathon.
