The beach is only a short six-minute walk from the house, and it’s just a twenty-minute walk or five-minute bike ride to town. Bring the dog and enjoy all the scenery on your walk into town for shopping, coffee, and more. This home is perfect for one small family or two couples wanting to get away for a memorable beach retreat.



Stepping through the front door, you will feel right at home with the open floor plan, cozy wood stove, and sectional sofa that converts to a queen-sized hide-a-bed. The recent update for this home includes new floors and furnishings that reflect modern beach decor. The dining table can seat eight with the leaf inserted and is open to the newly remodeled kitchen. The well-stocked kitchen has beautiful quartz slab countertops, unique acrylic drawer pulls and cupboard knobs, and absolutely everything you'll need to prepare a delicious meal.



Nearby is the upgraded hall bathroom with a tub/shower and large vanity. Beyond the bathroom is the first queen bedroom with a large closet and dresser. Just off the kitchen area there's a room with a twin-size daybed, TV, and attached half bath. This would be an excellent area for the kids to hang out and watch a movie while the adults are cooking. Separated from this room by a door, the primary bedroom has a comfy queen-sized bed with a large en-suite bathroom with double sinks. You'll love the spacious walk-in shower! The primary bedroom faces the back of the house and has a sliding glass door that opens to a beautiful stamped concrete patio with a hot tub, seating area, and gas fire pit. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub after a long day at the beach and then tell stories around the fire pit with a dazzling Oregon Coast sunset as your backdrop.

The Neighborhood:

Sandpiper Surf is located just steps from the Nehalem Bay State Park which has loads of bike trails and places to explore. The beach is just a few short blocks away from the house. Town is about a 20 minute walk but a 5 minute bike ride. There are 4 adult bikes and one youth bike.



Getting Around:

If staying in Manzanita, there is no need for a car but if wanting to travel outside of Manzanita, we do have a public bus called "The Wave" which can take you North or South. There is info on The Wave in our rental or you can find a schedule in our office in Manzanita.



Other Things to Note:

The hot tub fee is in the total of your rental, there is no additional charge for use of the hot tub.



Interaction with Guests:

We will interact as little or as much as the guest likes.

After booking, all our guests will get an after hours phone number to call in case of emergency.
