This amazing 4- bedroom, 2- bathroom waterfront home offers the perfect retreat.
Summer months June, (last 2 weeks) July and August rentals run Friday to Friday only.
Pool & Spa are Seasonal **open mid May through Sept only** (saltwater)
Pool and hot tub are **closed Oct - mid May**. We do not have a separate stand alone hot tub.

Conveniently located on the main level are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, both equipped with stand-up showers. The fourth bedroom resides on the lower level.

Your waterfront paradise awaits! This private property boasts both a fixed and a floating dock, accommodating boats up to 21 feet (a $125 docking fee applies). Explore the waters with complimentary kayaks (4) and paddle boards (2), or relax on the peaceful deck extending across the rear of the home.

Dogs allowed with a $125 pet fee. Cats not allowed.

ALL renters must be 27 or older -unless children of the renter.

This is a waterfront property with a pool children must be supervised at all times.

*The saltwater pool and spa combo is seasonal. We do not heat the pool but will consider doing so in the spring/summer months for a fee based on usage. We do not have a separate hot tub that you are welcome to heat.
