We only stayed one night and got in really late from the ghost tour only to find out we had no hot water. Thank goodness no one needed a shower.

Beautiful property- the grounds, pool area, tennis courtscondos had everything we needed........general area the resort was in was beautiful and close to the many historic sites. Hope to return!

Nice property and beautiful grounds. Clean rooms but a bit dated furnishings in the living room. Not a big deal just a note. Only oddity was there was no hand soap in the bathrooms but there was shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Overall enjoyable stay and would stay here again.

Very nice and clean. Online listing didn’t indicate which beds were in the upstairs unit and which were downstairs. Showers/tubs were a bit dated.

Wonderful accomodations!

We had 3 families in our party - ages 14 thru 85! I was concerned that the upstairs and downstairs units did not have a central interior stairwell, but it worked out well allowing everyone to find their own space at the end of the day. You have to exit the downstairs unit into the private foyer and then go up the stairs to the other unit. We locked the foyer entrance and just left the others unlocked to go in between them. Having 2 kitchens was great for storing sodas and extras in the downstairs frig! They had the basics for kitchen - silverware, cooking tray, 2 or 3 pots/pans in various sizes, spatula/mixing spoon, cups/mugs/plates/bowls. (We brought bigger serving/mixing bowls, tupperware, and tongs!) Beds were super comfy! I do recommend bringing an extra blanket for the one person who is always cold - the AC kept it nice and chilly in this summer heat! The "not kiddie/not adult" pool was a little crowded in the evenings with the teenagers but that's too be expected and folks were respectful. I recommend bringing own towels to sit on if you drive over to the pool - can't take the pool towels back to your unit. We never even made it to the mini-golf! 15min drive to outlet malls; 20min to Colonial Williamsburg. All in all, our visit was great and all ages agreed we'd definitely stay there again!
