Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
Guests: Maximum of 12
Pets: Allowed (yard is fenced)
Late Checkout: Minimum $150 fee after 11:00 AM without prior approval
Pool: Do not touch pool equipment (pump or heater). Contact the host with any issues.
Lake Safety: No swimming. The lake is natural and contains wildlife. Entire property is fenced for safety.
Smoking: Not allowed inside or outside. No marijuana.
Parties: Not allowed without prior approval.
TVs: All ROKU Smart TVs (no cable).
Child Safety: Home is not childproofed. Pool area has no safety gate. Supervise children at all times.
Noise Policy: Zero tolerance for loud noise or parties. If police are called, a $500 minimum fee will apply and the reservation will be canceled without refund.
