Our beautifully renovated 1,700-square-foot home has been thoughtfully designed with comfort, quality, and cleanliness in mind. Guests consistently tell us how spotless, welcoming, and relaxing the home feels upon arrival—and we take great pride in providing that experience for every stay.

Located in a peaceful neighborhood just 15 minutes from the University of Tennessee, you'll enjoy the perfect combination of quiet surroundings and convenient access to downtown Knoxville, Neyland Stadium, Thompson-Boling Arena, the Knoxville Smokies, hospitals, shopping, and more.

This home is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to I75 and I40. It is a very comfortable home and nicely decorated. The use of the garage is a nice perk. Mary, the host, is very kind, thoughtful and makes herself available if needed.

Great property! Check in was very easy and the host was very attentive and helpful. Home was decorated beautifully and felt very comfortable. House was spotless and we enjoyed our stay. If we are ever in the area again we will stay here!

The house was very well decorated and furnished. The host checked in several times to ensure that everything was OK (and replaced one of the TV remotes that wasn't working properly). Beds were comfortable in all rooms. We were given a remote for the garage, which came in handy as it rained several days during our visit.

Great Knoxville rental

Tennessee Football visit

Great property with very updated amenities! Great location, my son goes to UT so we came to visit and go to the game. You are on the outskirts of Knoxville but still close enough to enjoy downtown and you don’t have to worry about all the West Knoxville traffic. I thought the location was very convenient! The hosts were outstanding and readily available if needed. We will be coming back!!!

Great Experience!

Our stay at this house was great on so many levels! The reason we chose this house was mainly for the location being close to the event where we were going. But for our family (of 7), the rooms and spaces were just right! The 3 bedrooms are spacious with plenty of drawers and closet space. The kitchen was well stocked. The laundry accommodations were used daily lol. The little sunroom space was great for the kids to play or do an activity! The host, Mary, was in communication with us and was available the whole time to make sure we had everything we needed. She even put some extra touches in the house with books, toys, puzzles/games, and a couple snacks for the kids, which we greatly appreciated! In short, we loved our stay and would stay again! We also gave the listing to some friends in the area for their relatives and friends to stay at! Thanks for a great time, Mary!

As both a Knoxville Realtor and longtime local resident, I love welcoming guests to East Tennessee. My goal is simple—to provide a beautiful, exceptionally clean home where you can relax and make wonderful memories, whether you're here for one night or several weeks.

We hope you'll love Knoxville as much as we do. We live in the neighborhood next door and feel this is a great area to stay while visiting Knoxville or heading to the Smokies Games or UTK for games, orientation, graduation, and more.

We chose this neighborhood because it offers the best of both worlds—a peaceful, established community with mature trees and easy access to everything Knoxville has to offer. It's a quiet, walkable neighborhood where you can enjoy an evening stroll, yet you're only minutes from the University of Tennessee, downtown Knoxville, and major interstates (I-40, I-75, and I-640).

Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy nearby walking, running, and biking trails, scenic greenways with streams, tennis courts, parks, and the local library. Grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and everyday conveniences are just a short drive away.

Our location is especially convenient for guests visiting UTK football, basketball, baseball, graduations, orientation, and other campus events. We're also close to many of Knoxville's hospitals and medical facilities, making the home an excellent choice for traveling medical professionals, visiting families, and guests needing an extended stay.

Whether you're here to cheer on the Vols, visit family, work in Knoxville, or simply explore East Tennessee, you'll enjoy returning each evening to a quiet neighborhood that truly feels like home.
