Welcome to our peaceful Knoxville Retreat — a newly renovated, calm, spacious 1,700 sq. ft. home designed for comfort and convenience just 15 minutes from downtown Knoxville and UTK. Whether you’re visiting family, traveling for work, or exploring the area, this home offers the perfect balance of relaxation and accessibility.

Enjoy an open-concept living and dining area with plush seating and a large Smart TV, plus a bright sunroom with a sofa and loveseat surrounded by windows that fill the space with natural light. Every bedroom also features its own Smart TV, ensuring everyone can unwind their way. The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking easy, and the covered back deck with a Blackstone griddle and outdoor dining table is perfect for morning coffee or evening cookouts.

Three comfortable bedrooms and two and a half baths provide space for up to six guests. The primary suite includes a private bath, while the additional bedrooms share a clean, well-appointed hall bath. Laundry, garage parking, and keyless self-check-in make longer stays seamless.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, you’ll be minutes from medical centers, UTK, and over 35 restaurants within 3 miles. Powell’s nearby parks and greenways make it easy to enjoy the outdoors, while downtown’s Market Square and Neyland Stadium are a short drive away.

The house was very well decorated and furnished. The host checked in several times to ensure that everything was OK (and replaced one of the TV remotes that wasn't working properly). Beds were comfortable in all rooms. We were given a remote for the garage, which came in handy as it rained several days during our visit.

Great Knoxville rental

The home was nice and met our needs. Host (Mary) quickly responded to our initial rental request and one subsequent question after we arrived. If travelling to Knoxville in the future we will check availability here first.

Tennessee Football visit

Great property with very updated amenities! Great location, my son goes to UT so we came to visit and go to the game. You are on the outskirts of Knoxville but still close enough to enjoy downtown and you don’t have to worry about all the West Knoxville traffic. I thought the location was very convenient! The hosts were outstanding and readily available if needed. We will be coming back!!!

Great Experience!

Our stay at this house was great on so many levels! The reason we chose this house was mainly for the location being close to the event where we were going. But for our family (of 7), the rooms and spaces were just right! The 3 bedrooms are spacious with plenty of drawers and closet space. The kitchen was well stocked. The laundry accommodations were used daily lol. The little sunroom space was great for the kids to play or do an activity! The host, Mary, was in communication with us and was available the whole time to make sure we had everything we needed. She even put some extra touches in the house with books, toys, puzzles/games, and a couple snacks for the kids, which we greatly appreciated! In short, we loved our stay and would stay again! We also gave the listing to some friends in the area for their relatives and friends to stay at! Thanks for a great time, Mary!

We’ve lived and worked in the Knoxville area for years and love sharing local favorites — from nearby greenways and restaurants to the best downtown spots for coffee or live music. Whether you’re visiting for work, school, or play, I’m happy to help you enjoy an easy, welcoming stay that feels like home.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Easy access, safe, and mature neighborhood. Several trails nearby that have streams, the library, woods, bike/walk/run trails and even tennis courts. We actually bought this home to live in with a family member who was not able to stay long term so we needed to rent it out. It is minutes from the University of Tennessee I-40/75/640, groceries, restaurants, and more. Great location to easily get to UTK football, basketball, baseball, and other UTK games/events.
Also just minutes to many medical facilities; felt a group might want to lease for a mid-term stay while working for one of those.

We spent 18 months making renovations ourselves! We have added items we use daily and have tried to make it a comfortable place to stay. All new baths (except tubs), new granite, new flooring throughout, most new lighting, USB outlets, an Alexa and a Google, coffee press and pot, air fryer, Blackstone griddle, new appliances, new room darkening shades, new curtains, new beds, mattresses and bedding, new doorknobs and hardware, lots of new paint, and more. Scott and I celebrated our 36th anniversary at the home taking down wallpaper from the Master Bath. We put our heart and soul into making it nice for others.
