Nestled on a private lot, the backyard is a waterfront oasis featuring a spacious lounge area, outdoor dining table, and a deep-water private pier. Enjoy complimentary use of the owner’s kayak, stand-up paddleboard, canoes, and a gas grill during your stay.

FULLY stocked kitchen and big open spaces for gracious entertaining. It was perfect for our family Thanksgiving! I am so grateful for the opportunity we had to host there. Fun kayaks and views too!

Great vacation place with awesome kitchen

Enjoyed the spacious and well stocked kitchen. Relaxing living room with a HUGE TV. Kids had fun fishing and crabbing from the dock. The lo cation of this house is convenient to stores. We enjoyed visiting Annapolis, Baltimore and DC. And of course a crab shack. Fun vacation.

Beautiful home for all 9 of us to spread out. Really loved the large kitchen and family room. Kitchen supplied with everything one needs. Fishing off the dock was a big hit especially when the fish started biting! Location was close to Annapolis and DC.

Fantastic house and location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this house! The interior is beautiful and the perfect gathering place for our large extended family. The view and location was great, as we all enjoyed the dock and going out on the river in kayaks and paddle boards. Annapolis is just a short drive away too!

Gorgeous house

Great updated house for a large family gathering. Kitchen was epic- master bathroom incredible. Should be an easy yes for anyone heading to the Annapolis area.

Great Stay - With Lots of Bugs

Our group had a great stay here. It was the perfect size for 8 adults, three kids, and an infant. The kitchen was massive with plenty of space to hang out and for the kids to play. The only issue is that the wooded area is so buggy we couldn't enjoy being outside and no matter how hard we tried to keep bugs out of the house, there were tons of bugs getting inside. Also, we didn't realize what a steep hill it was to get down to the dock and back up so we didn't utilize it as much as we had hoped to.

Riverfront Hangar/Family Wedding

We had a fabulous time at this property in Crownsville near Annapolis! Our whole family along with our grandchildren traveled from California to Annapolis for my nephew's wedding. The house was beautiful, especially the open kitchen, living room and eating area with water views. There was ample space for all and plenty of bathrooms for each couple's privacy. We also enjoyed the neighborhood for walking and the nearby park for the little ones. The house was very well supplied and quite comfortable...we hated to leave it! Thank you!

The location of the house was great! That said, as a Combat Veteran with a Service Animal, we were prohibited from having our Service Animal at the property. This resulted in multiple nights that my wife and I stayed at a different property because of the need for Service Animal. The reason given for this restriction was allergies of the property owner, however it was clear that there was a dog bed in a closet and dog food in the garage. I attempted to inform Sean from iTrip Annapolis, the rental company responsible for the property, that this was not in line with both federal and state law. He said this was non-negotiable. He offered to attempt to find a comparable property, but this was at 8:40 at night after my young children had already gone to sleep. What was extremely bothersome was that this decision to force the removal of my Service Animal only occurred after I was asked what services the animal provided. I cannot recommend this property to Service Members, Combat Veterans, or individuals with disabilities requiring a Service Animal.

4th of July

We really loved our long weekend in Crownsville. Kayaking and swimming in the river and sightseeing in Annapolis. Each of the 6 adults had plenty of space and enjoyed gathering in the expansive kitchen/island. The weather was too hot to enjoy the seating area by the water but if it weren’t for the heat wave, we would have spent time there everyday.

It's a great house!

It was exactly as shown in the listing. We all had a wonderful time at this beautiful home with our two children and their families. It is immaculate, the kitchen is very well stocked with all the amenities for gourmet cooking. The beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of towels and toiletries provided for us. The terrain to the riverfront dock was steep, it is a good workout.

Beautiful riverfront home

We had a wonderful stay at the Riverfront Hanger - a beautiful home on the river. It is. Recently updated, tastefully decorated and spacious home. The space was abundant for our family reunion of 8 people- that included 3 teens. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The home is also very conveniently located close to Annapolis, Baltimore and several hiking trails. The homeowner and property manager was very friendly and quick to respond to questions. I highly recommend this property.
