The unit is in a very residential area that is just at the edge of what feels like a gentrifying area. The area is not by any stretch "unsafe" but it looks a little more gritty than the pictures let on. The shower is TINY. I am a 5'11" in-shape adult man and I felt crunched in the shower. When I messaged to ensure there was parking available, I got no response from the owner. When I messaged because there were only bath towels (no hand towels or wash cloths) I did not receive an answer. In short, the owner's communication could be better. For a night it was wholly fine. I would not have stayed at this property longer than that.

Would never stay there!! When I got to the rental it was 90 degrees outside and opened the door and there was no electricity at all. We tried the lights, opened the fridge, tried to turn on the window air units and got nothing. Ended up having to call Vrbo and they tried for a good 10 to 15 minutes to reach owner and couldn’t. Then Vrbo’s supervisor team tried and finally got them after another 15 or 20 minutes. While on hold, I began looking around the place and there was mouse poop on the counter and mouse pee and poop on the stove. A gap in the base board with ants and bugs crawling in and out of it. The bathroom window was covered with mold which I am allergic to. The tv stand was covered in dust and had dead spiders on it. The surround around the air conditioners were drop down ceiling tiles. Neighborhood was kind of run down. Once Vrbo was able to contact owners they were going to send their property keeper over to look at the electricity issue and I said never mind I am not staying there. I asked for a refund. Have pics of the place. I would never recommend this place! Waiting to see if I get refunded.

Les falto limpiar habia porvo en las mesas y en el piso, las fueta para cerrar estan dañas no cierran bien el del baño y habitación pero despues todo bien se siente en casa hay muchos detalles que me gusta y es mi 2 veces
