Grand Point Spectacular views and endless stream of boats in the pass and gulf

condo sits on a unique part of Gulf and Perdido Pass and is surrounded by water. During the day it comes to life. Most days you can see dolphins parasailing and pirate ship pass by. Also see constant stream of chartered and private boats fom anywhere inside or outside the condo. Pool has an especially "one of a kind' very unique and close up view of the pass. It offers a steady stream of boat entertainment all day and night. Florabame is less than 2 miles away and at night you can see the lights down the strip. Directly across the street is a popular hangout San Roc Cay and popular restaurants. Also nest door is the Perdido Beach Resort with a sportbar pizza and elegant dining. Condo is walking distance to the popular restaurant "The Gulf" where pirate ship usually stops and fires a cannon. The unit has alot of glass and is NOT kid friendly with its elegant decor. For this reason we prefer no kids but could consider them on an individual basis. This condo is low density and everything is in close proximenty to each other offering minimal walking to get around.

Very quiet and peaceful

Very well maintained and homey. Furnishings are a step up from the Ikea/Wayfair found in typical rental units. Facing the Pass rather than the beach is a different direction for us. Very quiet except for some noise from traffic on the bridge -- which is very well muted when the balcony doors are closed. Definitely the place to be if you enjoy sunrises more so than sunsets.

Beautiful condo

We had the best time during our stay. The location is prime! The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed & more. My favorite was the balcony! I spent hours out there. So entertaining with the pass right there. The owners are very accommodating & quick to communicate. When we come back to Orange Beach we will most definitely contact this condo!

Wonderful Orange Beach location

We were so happy to stay here while on vacation at Orange Beach! Lori was very helpful and her place is lovely, just like the photos on the VRBO site. We so enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the boats pass by, even a pirate ship! The beach is beautiful white sugar sand and wasn't busy at all. We spotted dolphins several times! We will definitely stay here again in this very clean condo should we have the opportunity to return to Orange Beach! Thanks again Lori!

Thanksgiving Stay at the Gulf

In our opinion this unit exceeded the description in every possible manner! Well furnished, well supplied and very well maintained. Very little communication were required, but those that took place were timely, accurate, to the point and well meant! The overall plus(for those that like a view of water) is the view from the balcony of the Pass and Gulf. One could spend hours enjoying it!! Looking forward to returning!

Best part of the beach

Along the pass is our favorite spot on Orange beach. This unit looked out over the pass and we were able to sit and watch the water and boats. The unit was very clean and organized and very well stocked with all the amenities of home, very useful when cooking Christmas dinner in a kitchen that’s not yours. The owners were very communicative about any changes in the building (pool maintenance) and if it would effect our stay. Over all great experience! Will book again!

We will return!

This was our first visit to Alabama and the condo did not disappoint. The owner checked in with us to make sure things were good. We brought our 2 teenage grandsons and even celebrated ones birthday while we were there. The inside pool and hot tube wasnt updated yet but the outsids pool was. Definitely will book again. 🙂

Beautiful Condo with Lovely View

This property did not disappoint. As promised in the listing, we could watch water traffic all day long. The property faces east so we enjoyed the morning sun. The master bath is truly amazing with a double glassed-in shower. Plenty of towels! The property was clean and Lori was helpful and responsive. Unfortunately noise could be heard from the traffic over the bridge while sitting on the balcony but it was not overwhelming. The grounds were well maintained and the beach was perfect. When the weather was less inviting, we did not mind staying indoors in this beautiful condo. Overall a delightful place to stay.

Wonderful experience! The location is great, the condo is comfortable and well equipped. Even the beds are comfortable. Great location for bird watching too.

Great Location

Really enjoyed the interaction with Lori before we even got there- and by the time we left, i felt like we were staying at a friend’s place! It was so well stocked with everything you could need- but the location is what cant be beat- looking out any glass door or window-you only see water which i love!! The Pass has so much activity to watch and all the best restaurants are just right around you! They definitely have a “Happy Place”

Exceeds Expectations

This is a phenomenal condo. It is even better than the pictures. It was beautifully decorated and well equipped to meet all our needs. We cooked a few meals and had ever kitchen item needed. It was very spacious and provided the best views from its large balcony. The beds were very comfortable and the double shower in the master bath was a pleasant treat. It truly was home away from home. The owners thought of everything and were quick to communicate both before and during our stay. You will not be disappointed in this condo.

Best Location and View in Orange Beach

We stay at many vacation rental condos and this one is definitely a cut above. It's beautifully decorated, has very comfortable beds and great balcony furniture, large and clean bathrooms, stocked with everything you need. The view at Grande Pointe watching the boats go in and out of the Pass and views of the Gulf can't be beat anywhere. Plus, great communications and very easy and accommodating check in. Lori and Kim are gracious hosts. We definitely plan to be back to again.

October Beach Getaway

The owner's of Unit 407 at Grand Point were exceptional as well as their condo! I would definitely return without hesitation. The little things that need to be mentioned (only so that no one is blindsided as it was not the owner's fault) are: the lobby was having the floors redone so it was dusty/messy and they are currently doing beach restoration work due to erosion so there is a lot of noise from machinery and it also made the water very cloudy. Besides that, everything was great! The owner's were very accommodating and apologetic for the issues of the lobby as well as the beach. Again, I look forward to returning in the future!

Good Unit

Loved everything about the unit. No view of the main beach, but the inlet view is great. The owners have paid attention to the little things, and it shows.
