This sunny condo offers an inviting and light-filled living area with comfortable furniture and TV with cable that opens up to an oceanfront balcony complete with an outdoor dining area. Speaking of dining, the kitchen comes fully equipped with all the essentials to whip up the most delicious and unforgettable meals! And to add even more fun to your stay, this condo features a wet bar as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Overall the property was nice and clean. It does need updating in my opinion. Stove is old, bathroom faucets need replacing. There is NO shower in the guest bathroom.

We could not see the beach from the room, only the perdido pass bay side. There were no blankets for cover for the beds or the pullout couch. It barely fit our family of 5 and we ran out of toilet paper yesterday. We have stayed in better places and will probably not stay there again. The walk to the ocean was long, which is part of it sometimes.

Perfect location!

This home is conveniently located, and it was very comfortable and clean. Because it is at the very end where the bay meets the gulf, it was very quiet, and the beach was never crowded. The only recommendation would be to bring a couple of extra blankets. We had a great time and will definitely be back next year.

The best place to stay in Orange Beach

We are huge fans of Grand Pointe. Facing where the gulf meets the bay is simply the best. Being able to watch the boats come and go and also the gorgeous sunrise is just unbeatable. The tub and shower were not draining as they should due to being a little clogged but other than that, it was a fantastic condo for our great escape. Thank you!!!

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was wonderful. We felt like the place could use a little bit of TLC. The outlets were loose. We had also hoped that there would be some amenities for the beach, like beach chairs. But overall, great spacious unit!

Least stocked rental property I’ve ever stayed in.

This condo was very under stocked. Basic kitchen equipment was missing, and there was literally nothing in it. Not even left behind coffee filters, salt & pepper, etc. we were there for 5 night and literally had to purchase essential items such as those above. We do a family trip like this every year and never have I ever seen items like this not already in the rental property. The beds had no comforter, just a very thin blanket type thing. The curtains in the master room don’t even block out the light. The carpet in both bedrooms was very dirty still upon arrival. Etc. we asked if we could check out one hour late, so our baby could finish his nap before we headed to the airport and we were told no, that’s no an option. Would recommend Grand Point condos just not room 503.

SMELLED LIKE SMOKE AND MOLD

SMELLED LIKE MOLD AND SMOKE. House was absolutely filthy when we arrived. I have two toddlers and after crawling around on the floor for 5 minutes both were covered and black. We immediately informed the property management team since we opted not to stay and requested a refund. After 2 weeks and several call backs from our side we have still not heard once from their local managing partners. We sent them pictures of the mold on the furniture and dirt on the floor. The TV in the main area was also not functioning. All in all it was a pretty terrible experience.

Great location / could use some updates.

Was very pleased with the location of the building and how large the beach area was. The condo unit could use some major updates and my least favorite thing was only allowing the air to be set to 68 or higher. The condo was extremely hot at night due to the heat that was coming in from the windows. We did not rest well due to how hot is was and will probably not book again due to this reason.
