This sunny condo offers an inviting and light-filled living area with comfortable furniture that opens up to an oceanfront balcony complete with an outdoor dining area. Speaking of dining, the kitchen comes well-equipped with all the essentials to whip up the most delicious and unforgettable meals! And to add even more fun to your stay, this condo features a wet bar as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

nice small quiet condo complex... no parking issues, no waiting on elevators issues, no fighting for a chair at the pool and what a beautiful view of the beach and the pass watching the boats come and go!! Great Location!!

Location and Entry Door

It was a nice location, however; you should be more specific about location. Example: On the bay with a short walk to the Gulf (beach). We had difficulty with the entry door lock. It was difficult to open with the code.We tried starting the dishwasher before we left the premises, but it never came on.

Very nice

Nice location and view. Unit was clean and had well stocked kitchen. Beds were ok, could use some better pillows. It could use a few upgrades, but we would probably stay here again we had a nice time.

Vacation on the beach

We loved the spaciousness, kitchen, beds and furniture. Loved the view of the Gulf of Mexico. Air conditioning worked well. Some of the flooring should have been cleaner or just updated. Master bedroom and the bath off the Master bedroom should have been more thoroughly cleaned.

Spacious 3 bedroom condo. Lots of kitchen pans, dishes, serving bowls and utensils. Great view of Perdido pass. Short walk to the beach. Would stay here again.

We absolutely LOVED this condo! It was beautiful! It was quiet! It was spacious! I wish we would have stayed longer because I definitely didn’t have long enough to enjoy this beautiful condo! We are already planning a trip back and to stay in this same exact space because it was perfect! We also had an issue with the guest passes not being there (housekeeping threw them away apparently) and vacasa answered in the middle of the night to help us and the owners brought them by the next day! So even communication was easy and helpful! Highly recommend!

Great condo

We enjoyed staying at this property as it was very quaint and relaxing. The beach was never crowded and everything was well maintained. The condo was well stocked and offered fabulous views! Our only real issue was a non-working television in the family room. Even after a visit to install a new smart card, the television did not work. We tried to resolve the issue with Secure Vision as requested but they were not able to get the television working and sent it up the chain. We never received a call back before check out so we were without a working television in the living area. Our bedroom television worked but would freeze up often. We also had to call about our door as the code wouldn’t work consistently so we had to use the default code to get in on several occasions. Other than those two issues, we loved our stay and would recommend this property! We also commend Vacasa for being responsive to communication.

Great Vacay

We loved that the complex was smaller and the beach was less crowded. The balcony is very spacious and watching boats come through the pass was nice plus. If we come back, we will definitely bring fishing gear because there are plenty of spots to fish. Overall, great condo and convenient location!
