Welcome to Playa Turchese Residence. This stunning large 2-bedroom Condo/apartment is ideally located 100 m from the amazing beach of Punta Popy in Las Terrenas with close proximity to numerous bars and restaurants. It has tropical garden with a large pool for guests to enjoy.
If you are a beach goer; the beach is endless for you to enjoy whether taking long strolls or walks allowing you to go for hours. The water is clear, calm and invites you to take a dip on those extremely hot days or to just go for a dip for a refreshing swim. The choice is yours.
The condo is located in a quiet gated residential area that offers 24-hour security with night watchmen. Entranceway to the unit is also monitored with video surveillance to ensure additional peace of mind.
There is a very large, covered terrace overlooking a tropical garden and a beautiful swimming pool.
The condo offers 2 large bedrooms, both equipped with Queen size beds, A/C, ceiling fans, safe, with large storage closets and each bedrooms has their own private bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, cooktop and all the dishes and utensils needed to prepare home cooked meals. You can choose to have your meals in the dining room or outside, on the large, covered terrace that overlooks beautifully landscaped grounds and large swimming pool. You can watch your favorite TV shows from the living area on the provided TV which also includes a private Netflix account. There is free WIFI available.
Included, onsite you'll find a private secured parking space assigned to the unit where you can park car, ATV or motorcycle. There is also a reception area, where concierge will help you with any need that you may have during your stay. Daily housekeeping (maid service) is available for a fee as well as a laundry service if you so desire. Due to security measures, guests are not allowed to use the machines, but you can provide your laundry to onsite housekeeping staff for cleaning. Inside the unit is a private washing machine and you can hang your laundry to dry on the balcony (line and clips provided). There is an onsite gardener, keeping the grounds manicured and maintained and pool attendant ensuring for clean, safe & sanitized enjoyment. Bottled water is also provided onsite from the gardener for a fee ($100 pesos at the guests expense).
Tenant/ Guest is responsible to pay for electricity consumption for the duration of their stay. Instructions will be provided after booking.
