Could use some paint touch ups especially in the bathroom and door frames. Lots of scuff marks on walls. Also mold under the lino in the guest bathroom and rust on the shower curtain rod. Tub doesn't drain either.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As an Airbnb owner, I sincerely hope this message gets to the owner of unit 306. Whoever is in charge of taking care of this unit is not doing their job. Broken cabinets, water stains on the ceiling from previous leaks, mold on literally every HVAC vent in the unit and in several places on the ceiling in the master bathroom, Rusty and deteriorating soap and shampoo rack on the showerhead in the master bath, etc. This property has a wonderful location but this unit is in desperate need of updating and cleaning on the interior. I would be happy to forward pictures to the owner if they would like to see them.

Having a washer/dryer in the condo was a bonus, and I certainly took advantage of it. The location was ideal for us; it is close to the entrance to Smokey Mountains, a walking trail, and a walk to the shopping area. We highly recommend it.

Barely enuf pots, ) we always do bkfast in ). The bedroom with the twin beds - no table b tween the beds & barely enuf light in there. The best was sitting out on the porch. Since we always stay at Park Place we were very disappointed with this condo. We were very disappointed in this condo- not what we have always gotten fro Park Place Condos. We should have asked 2 b moved to another condo as the property was empty.

It was ok.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The people were very nice. Especially the lady that answers the phone. I love the area and being next to the stream. It's located right next to the main strip so you can walk everywhere. Cons- the beds were ridiculously uncomfortable, in the bathroom the vent on the ceiling was covered in black mold. I asked to be moved and they couldn't. A man came and cleaned the vent and that was all. There needs to be a lot of yodated for the money I paid to be there. I loved the view but didn't like anything else. So for the grand I paid, I was disappointed.

Wonderful location

The property was close to Trolley and walking distance! We loved it because it felt like we were in the woods but yet we were within walking distance and the Trolley! Would definitely stay there again!
