You will love the spacious chef’s gourmet fully stocked kitchen with an abundance of counter space and all new appliances. A classic island configuration maximizes seating with 4 bar stools for additional seating. After the first quick cleanup from a successful family dinner gathering , you might wonder how you ever managed without this set of double dishwashers. The kitchen also includes a large quartz kitchen island including a prep sink. Also located on the main level is the laundry room with full size washer and dryer and a ½ bathroom.
BEDROOMS:
Conveniently located on the main-floor (2nd floor), you will find the first of 2 primary en suite bedrooms. This particular bathroom offers a double vanity and has a large shower. You will also have access to the screened in porch from the primary bedroom on this floor.
You will find the additional 4 bedrooms on the third level. A second primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is conveniently located on this floor along with 2 more King bed rooms with a shared bathroom space and a fun bunk bed room with its own private bathroom.
The property site also includes multiple family gathering spaces, elevator access to all levels, and a large screened porch off of the main living area.
Luxury LVP plank hardwoods gleam throughout, reflecting a wealth of natural light. This home features 10 foot ceilings on the main level and 9 foot ceilings on the other levels.
EXTRAS:
A driveway with ample accommodation for 4 vehicles leads to an attached 2-car garage. The garage is not for parking cars. Also make sure to play ping pong that is set up for you in the garage.

Guests will access the house through the front door with a door code that will be give 3-5 days prior to arrival. You will then be on the 1st floor. There is an elevator provided for your convenience. Please utilize this option for luggage and groceries. Please do not allow children to play on the elevator.

The shopping and dining options of Shelter Cove Shopping are within a comfortable 3 minute driving distance or an easy bike ride. Enjoy Chaplin Park which is a few steps from our home.
Other Things to Note:
2 Surfwatch Cancellation Policy: Should you decide to cancel your villa reservation more than 30 days before your planned arrival, a 5% forfeiture will apply when using a credit card (VRBO, Direct, Booking.com). Cancellations made between 30 and 14 days prior to your arrival will result in a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days or less of your scheduled arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the entire rental amount.
Refunds will not be provided for early checkouts, no-shows, or instances of inclement weather. It is advisable to consider purchasing travel insurance
**Also please note: Our cancellation policy is Firm: Full refund (minus 5%) up to 30 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.
