Perfect location. Beautiful area. MANY things to do in area/house. Game room and theater room were fabulous. Loved the hot tub and private pool. Rick responded to any issue I brought to his attention (even though out of his control) occurring only at beginning of trip. Throughout trip planning I would have just random questions which he quickly responded and he made sure I had what I wanted. We had a lovely time !!Thank u !!!

Great stay in Sevierville! My kids loved the resort amenities and the indoor pool and hot tub on the chilly days and game area. Walmart was close to grab groceries. Thanks for the stay!

Great family trip. Very close to all Pigeon Forge has to offer. Amenities were excellent, kids loved the common areas and all the entertainment choices from swimming to pool to movies. Cabin had enough room for everyone. Pool and hot tub were a hit , kids age 9-17 all loved it! Would stay here again

The property was very nice and as advertised. The pool area in the home and in the complex were very nice. There was an issue with the outdoor fire pit not working and it was promptly replaced. The home was very dusty inside, including the floors and inside of windows. This however may have been due to the ongoing construction of new properties within the area. Overall I would recommend this property.

While mountain cabins can collect dust and pollen quickly, this is not our standard. We encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can address concerns right away and improve the experience. We appreciate you reaching out about the fire pit—we were glad to replace it promptly—and would have happily taken care of any additional items, including dusting, had we known. Regarding construction, it has been completed on our street for quite some time, so we’re unsure what activity may have been observed. All surrounding homes are finished, with only a future cabin planned approximately 100 yards away. We appreciate your feedback as we continue improving for future guests.

My only slight complaint would be the pillows were awful and that does not take away from anything else because the place was wonderful.

About the pillows: They’re designer-chosen, higher-end down-alternative and intentionally on the firmer/supportive side (many guests love them, but pillows are very personal!). My wife actually travels with her own memory-foam pillow everywhere, so we totally get it – we recommend if you have a preference to bring pillows for future guest. Amazing property. Really enjoyed the stay. Excellent location and excellent amenities. I only wish they had a BBQ Grill on the Patio inside of in front of the house. And some areas are still under construction so some bumpy roads that will probably be fixed later.

Thank you for your feedback! To confirm, there is no construction active on any of the homes surrounding this property, so there should be no unexpected noise. The water park is 100% completed. Any construction is located toward the back of the neighborhood, with a staging area near the entrance, away from the home. For everyone’s safety, and in compliance with fire codes put in place after the 2016 fires, grills are located in front of the house rather than on the patio. This is a beautiful property with excellent amenities and location—we’re so glad you enjoyed your stay!

The only issue we had was the cleanliness of the home. We found a dirty/dusty sock behind one of the bedroom night stands, debris and popcorn bag under the living room couches, a pacifier behind the living room couch and alot of dust under the rug in the living room. I did message the owner, he responded quickly and he did apologize and offered to have a cleaning crew come by and spot clean the areas I mentioned. He explained that the cleaning crew doesn't do a deep clean of the house and cleaning is as needed. But in the welcome email, it says cleanliness is a 100% guarantee. If its a guarantee, I shouldn't be finding things that are fairly easy to spot. But like I said, he was prompt and did offer to have it all cleaned up for us. The location of the home in the community is definitely one of the better locations since the community is built on a very steep hill. The house is located at the bottom, so walking to and from the community pool isn't a bad walk compared to all the other homes. Theater room was great. Pool and hot tub at the house was very nice as well.

The cabin is beautiful and was wonderful for our family. We had all ages 1-50. We had a perfect vacation! Can't wait to visit again when the resort area is finished. It looks like it will be beautiful! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Host had great detailed instructions with all codes needed. Was also very responsive to my emailed questions ahead of time. I Was slightly disappointed that our cabin was not ready by the 4pm check in that is advertised. It wasn’t ready until 5pm which delayed unpacking and grocery shopping, and dinner. The location of the cabin is amazing. Very close to waterpark so you can walk there without having to drive the vehicle down the hill. Waterpark was a complete favorite. Very nice! We had so much fun with it. The cabin itself had a hot tub on lower porch but it is in need of some service. There appears to be a leak and there wasn’t enough water in it, it also had styrofoam beads in it that need to be cleaned. The decks and decks furniture are in need of power washing. The amenities in the cabin are great aide from hot tub, and instructions about you tube tv were great. We were in need of kitchen towels and kitchen washcloths and had to go buy some. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Nice place/ construction could be an issue

Nice home with plenty of room, very close to the parkway. It will be a much nicer place to stay once all of the construction around it is finished. You do not notice the noise once you are in the house. If you plan on using the kitchen bring your own dish towels and pot holders, becuase there are none.

We stayed in an absolutely incredible cabin that had everything you could possibly want for the perfect get away time with family.This place was more than just a cabin. It was a full on experience. There was a private theater room for movie nights bunkbeds with TVs inside yes, inside the bunks and not one but two pools one indoor and one outside the cabin was packed with everything for all of us .Game tables ,outdoor games, cozy spaces to relax or just hang out and when it came to space there was more than enough room for our whole group . No one was ever cramped up. It felt like a resort in the woods. Can’t recommend it enough. Thanks Rick for being so kind and thoughtful!

We highly recommend staying at Grand Splash! Rick was wonderful and always responsive. The property is in a great location to all the attractions. The resort amenities are so high end! It’s also a really short walk to everything which helps if you have small children. They loved the resort pool, theater, lazy river and indoor pool. We hope to come back again next year!
