Spring/Summer (Mar–Oct): All outdoor pools, lazy river, splash pad, and saunas open and heated as needed!
Apr–Aug: Daily 10 a.m. – 10 p.m. Mar, Sep–Oct: Sun–Thu 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. | Fri–Sat 10 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Holiday Season (Nov / Dec): Water features are heated and open when temperatures reach 60°F for 2+ days.
Jan & Feb: Water features are closed in January and February.

Note: Waterpark hours and access are set and managed by the HOA and subject to change due to maintenance or weather. Check the schedule upon arrival.

Amazing property. Really enjoyed the stay. Excellent location and excellent amenities. I only wish they had a BBQ Grill on the Patio inside of in front of the house. And some areas are still under construction so some bumpy roads that will probably be fixed later.

Great rental

We thoroughly enjoyed this rental. There’s plenty of room for multiple families. The pool is really nice as is the theater room. We had an amazing time and will definitely look to book again.

Beautiful Stay at Grand Splash

The cabin is beautiful and was wonderful for our family. We had all ages 1-50. We had a perfect vacation! Can't wait to visit again when the resort area is finished. It looks like it will be beautiful! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We stayed in an absolutely incredible cabin that had everything you could possibly want for the perfect get away time with family.This place was more than just a cabin. It was a full on experience. There was a private theater room for movie nights bunkbeds with TVs inside yes, inside the bunks and not one but two pools one indoor and one outside the cabin was packed with everything for all of us .Game tables ,outdoor games, cozy spaces to relax or just hang out and when it came to space there was more than enough room for our whole group . No one was ever cramped up. It felt like a resort in the woods. Can’t recommend it enough. Thanks Rick for being so kind and thoughtful!

Nice place/ construction could be an issue

Nice home with plenty of room, very close to the parkway. It will be a much nicer place to stay once all of the construction around it is finished. You do not notice the noise once you are in the house. If you plan on using the kitchen bring your own dish towels and pot holders, becuase there are none.

Our family started renting STR vacation properties in 2010 in Fort Walton Beach, FL. It was always my mothers dream to own a condo at the beach. We have been fortunate enough to make this a full time business via Destin West Escapes. We are super excited to open Smoky Mtn Escapes in both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. During 2023 we will add all three cabins in the smokies. It is our goal to be a small part of your family making memories!
