Wonderful Stay!!

This is by far the nicest place I have stayed out. Plenty of room for The extended family. Loved the large rooms and garage. Highly recommend it.

Comfortable home with great host!

This is a nearly new, comfortable home in a quiet, family neighborhood. We had easy access to all of the places we wanted to go. The host, Ryleigh, was prompt and professional, answering any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Great brand new house.

Our stay was fabulous. The house was brand new in a beautiful neighborhood. Plenty of space for us and a good sized fenced yard for the dogs. It was super clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend.

Perfect little property

My family and I stayed here for a quick trip to explore the area and check out a few beautiful landmarks. The location is great and really ideal to get to the canyon, pathways and restaurants nearby. The size was perfect for 3 adults and 2 kids. Plus, an added bonus is that it's dog friendly with a fenced in yard! The property manager was excellent in handling a few minor issues that we had. I would recommend based solely on that! Overall, I would stay here again if I ever find myself back in the area.

overwhelming smell

this placed smelled like a super strong scented cleaning agent had soaked the carpet or something. We were just not able to stay there. We were very thankful for the great customer service we got from VRBO and the property manager to get us out of this place. I hope they are able to resolve this problem.

Not what you expect

The location is convenient for where we wanted to be, house was clean.Sofa was worn & dirty. Kitchen table would be hard pressed to fit 4 with dishes - looks big in pic but is like a kids table. No seasonings or basic cooking items like oil or … anything. If you want to cook in this kitchen bring everything you need. The mattresses are very uncomfortable, thin microfiber - tried to fix the master bedroom mattress by putting a 3” foam topper which was SO HOT, needed to remove it. Master bath toilet doesn’t flush properly and the seat is too small for the toilet rim.Really not what I was expecting. Looks good - reality different.

Nice quiet neighborhood

Nice neighborhood and all the amenities we needed. Beds were a little hard and sparse kitchen options with poor quality dishes and silverware. Little bit of a hodgepodge but clean and just fine for a night and appreciated they took dogs. I had to contact Property manager to get the key code. Very little communication upfront. asked a lot on the checkout process.
