Luxury Townhouse in sought-after One Loudoun! Well-maintained 3 bedroom 3 bath home, on 3 levels. 1-car garage on entry level. Very large gourmet kitchen ideal for entertaining. Extended island. Stainless steel appliances. Expansive living room with plenty of natural light. 2nd balcony/deck off living room. Rooftop terrace is like your own private oasis. Near Dulles Airport, Restaurants, Shops, Trader Joes and CVS. Great views and plenty of privacy. Very spacious and serene space.

Cozy, Convenient, and a Bit of a Climb!

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was just what we needed, and the host was very accommodating—allowing us to check in early, which was immensely appreciated after a long drive. There are a lot of stairs, but we considered it our vacation workout! Would definitely stay again!

Spring break one loudoun

We recently stayed at this property with 6 adults and 2 children. The property was very well maintained and the owner was very responsive. We had a great experience, will definitely stay again!

Excellent property

The location is amazing right off of route 7 and 28. Close to everything and extremely comfortable. The property was fully furnished and stocked with all we needed. I highly recommend this property and the owner was fantastic. Thank you again!

Great Location

This is a very nice property in a great location for families. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and movie theater. Under an hour to downtown DC as we visited museums.

Location location location

The location is excellent...just a block from One Louden so you can walk to dinner.Parking is in the back of the condo and the garage opener did not work nor did the owner provide a physical key to allow us to go in and out that way, so we parked in the back and walked around the complex to the front door. Truly annoying. There are a lot of stairs to get up to the interior living area.Its a very nice condo but the furnishings are cheap for the price.Kitchen is very well stocked with utensils and cooking pot and pans.

Great location!

Host was very responsive throughout the process. The property had everything you needed and more. The location is fantastic. One Loudoun is such a great spot for shopping and restaurants.
