Beautiful condo located in the center of Kona! Walkable to all coffee shops and restaurants around! Also 10 minutes to a beautiful bay to swim. Grocery stores near by with lots of options. Property was clean and the room was exceptionally clean! Would definitely come back and stay! Parking was also convenient, air conditioning worked great, and the host left coolers, yoga mats, beach towels, chairs, and umbrella which made it very easy!

This is a beautiful, clean condo in a great location in downtown Kona. With easy access to a small (rocky) beach across the street and tons of restaurants, etc., in both directions. The condo is wonderfully accented with island furniture and artwork. It overlooks a small pool and barbecue area that is very comfortable and convenient. Communication with the host was outstanding. Check in and out was simple and effortless. The cost is a little bit more than some of the other units in the complex but probably worth it if you want to assure yourself of a great space (the condos are all owned by different individuals so there is a variance in price and quality). We stayed for just a night so it's possible things are different for long term stays...but be advised you will need to bring your own coffee/tea and spices/oil if you plan to utilize the kitchen (which has a great fullsized fridge).

Central location in downtown Kona that’s very convenient. Condo is perfectly situated in the courtyard for privacy and quiet. Nicely updated interior. The lobby is traditional old Hawaiian style, open area, wood plank floors with wooden pegs (don’t see that too often). This place is a solid value.

The unit looks brand new. It was one of the cleanest places we have stayed on the Big Island. The location is great since it is in the middle of downtown Kona. We were able enjoy the downtown without the usual hassle of finding a place to park the car.

This condo was clean and updated. Overall a great convenient location. The electrical flat cooking station didn’t work, so we had to microwave our eggs. If you stay out late, don’t expect to find a parking spot, but you are able to park on the street.
