👑 Our Hosting Philosophy — The HOSSY STYLE Way
N°5 CONDOMINIUM is run by a Real Host, not an agency.
I’m the owner of the building, the on-site manager, and a long-time community security leader.
Every guest receives in-person check-in, real communication, and genuine hospitality.
Keys in a mailbox? Zero interaction?
That’s not us.
If you prefer self check-in with no communication, another place will suit you better.
This place is for guests who value authenticity, respect, and real human connection.

Families, workers, and long-term residents live here.

🏠 HOUSE RULES
1. 🚭 No Smoking
No smoking anywhere — indoors, balcony, hallway, or building entrance.
Any smell or trace = indoor smoking.
2. 🌙 Quiet Hours
After 8:00 PM, keep the atmosphere calm.
3. 👥 No Visitors / No Parties
Only registered guests are allowed.
No extra visitors, no gatherings, no parties.
4. 👟 Shoes Off
Please remove shoes at the entrance — Japanese style.
5. 🧳 Safety & Behavior
No dangerous items, weapons, fireworks, or illegal substances.
Be respectful to neighbors, staff, and other tenants.
6. 🧼 Clean & Tidy
Please keep the space neat.
Dispose of trash properly.
Do not move furniture.
7. 🔑 Keys
Lost key: ¥20,000
Damaged key: ¥5,000
8. 👶 Children
Children under 13 require prior approval.

💰 Damage / Loss / Extra Cleaning
A ¥50,000 fee will be charged if:
• The room is left excessively messy
• Items are damaged, missing, or moved
• Food waste or trash is left behind
• Indoor smoking is detected
Any tobacco smell or ash = smoking violation.
⚡️ Utilities Misuse
Please turn off lights, AC, and water when not in use.
Extreme or abnormal usage will result in additional charges based on actual meter readings.
Utility meters are monitored remotely for fairness and safety.
🚨 Rule Violations & Misconduct
Any of the following will be considered intentional behavior:
• Breaking house rules
• Damage without reporting
• Balcony misuse
• Water leaks caused by negligence
• Disturbing other residents
• Hallway, stairwell, or shared-area violations
Violators may be:
• Immediately removed from the property
• Charged penalties (¥50,000–¥100,000+)
• Reported to police, Osaka City, or other authorities
• Permanently banned from all HOSSY STYLE listings
• Reported to immigration if necessary

As a community safety leader, I am required to report:
• Illegal dumping
• Harassment
• Violence
• Street smoking
• Disorderly conduct
• Any act that threatens neighbors or safety
Osaka city penalties:
• Illegal dumping: up to 5 years imprisonment or ¥10,000,000 fine
• Street smoking: strict fines
• Public disturbance: immediate police involvement
