Welcome to your private beach getaway on Lake Ontario on the Gold Coast of Rochester! This 1-bedroom, 1-bath beach house offers incredible views of the lake, providing a serene backdrop to your stay. This is a prestigious private street with historical estate homes.

The house features new top of the line appliances and an outdoor kitchen area with grill, flat top, and burners. Perfect for cooking dinners while enjoying the waterfront setting on a teak wooden table on a private flagstone patio.

Open concept design of the beach house, with its large windows, creates a feeling of sleeping on a boat at sea. There is truly nothing like this in this area.

Imagine waking up with a cup of coffee, watching the sunrise over the tranquil waters. The sunsets and star gazing here are equally incredible!

Located on a low-traffic beach that feels like a private oasis, this beach house offers a peaceful retreat for your vacation. Complete with viewfinder, Adirondack chairs, hammock, loungers, canoe, life jackets, and an outdoor shower to make the most of your stay.

Conveniently located just 18 minutes from downtown Rochester and 5 minutes from a grocery shopping center, you can easily get any items you need for your stay.

Beautiful beach retreat

We had a great stay at this gorgeous boathouse right on the water. Very close to the public beach. Would definitely stay again!

Quiet getaway

Loved this property very quiet and beautiful. A real bonus was the two young Eagles that visited the area several times through out the day. I will definitely stay there again.

Lovely location overlooking Lake Ontario. Loved the orange moon and morning dawn. Took a swim. Lovely, comfortable bed with windows facing the lake. Opened a window to hear waves at night. Walk-in shower. Ceiling heat and fan in bathroom great for hair drying. Kitchen was spotless, but it would work better with a microwave or toaster oven or hot plate available. Massive outdoor grill was not that clean nor were we comfortable using it. Refrigerator probably much too large for the two of us. All in all, probably priced too high given the lack of stove, etc.

Wonderful!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, well equipped, location was amazing, and we really enjoyed our stay. Our host was welcoming, accommodating, responsive and great to work with. With so many of our family members so close, we may be back sooner than later. Highly recommend!!

Solitude and water

So peaceful and quiet. The water was right there at the window and there were sunny and shady places to be when outside. The sunrise, sunset and moon over the water were perfect.

Lake Ontario Charm

We had a wonderful time in this lovely beach house! The view of Lake Ontario was spectacular, and we had a beautiful sandy beach and lake access all to ourselves. The boat house has a large fridge, lovely bathroom and big TV, and was bright and comfortable. Seeing the sun rise over the lake and playing with our dog in the water was wonderful.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful boathouse. The location was perfect — right on the water with stunning views at sunrise and sunset. The space was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing getaway. Waking up to the sound of gentle waves and enjoying coffee on the deck felt like pure bliss. We can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely lovely 2 night stay while we were in the area to visit friends. Property was clean, quiet, and the view was stunning. Wildlife and firefly sightings were a bonus! Hosts were very responsive to questions. Absolutely will book again if we are in the area!

So relaxing!!

The boathouse rental was amazing! Beautifully updated with Breath taking water views from every angle!! Went to bed watching the moon shine on the lake and woke up to beautiful sunrises every morning!!! Alexander was great with communication and recommendations. We had access to canoe and extra large floatie to relax on the lake and soak up some sun! Loved having coffee and wine in the adirondack chairs overlooking the beautiful Lake Ontario with an endless horizon! We ended up staying an extra night!! Alexander was more than willing to accommodate!!! Would definitely recommend for any couple who needs a relaxing getaway and would definitely go back! So relaxing!

A True Getaway!!!

The boat house was beautiful and everything we hoped for and more!! It was truly an amazing time. The views from inside the boat house and out on the beach were incredible and the whole setting was so relaxing and peaceful. Being so close to the water was the best; the waves were just so soothing to listen to in the early morning and late evening. The hosts were very responsive, and communication was great. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was there when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again and recommend staying here.
