🚗 Parking: One vehicle may park in front of the garage only. Additional street parking is available nearby. Please note that parking on the gravel area is not permitted.



🏊 Pool notice: There is a pool located on the property; however, it is not available for guest use during your stay.

The area is safe, serene, and perfect for couples or families looking to unwind while still being just minutes from Autzen Stadium, local vineyards, parks, and golf



Getting Around:

This home offers an ideal location for exploring Eugene. Oakway Center—known for its shopping, dining, and local favorites—is just a few minutes away. Autzen Stadium is a quick 9-minute drive, perfect for catching a Ducks game. The University of Oregon campus is only 12 minutes from the property. You’ll also find a wide variety of nearby restaurants, cafés, and grocery options, making it easy to enjoy something new every day during your stay.



Other Things to Note:

There is a garage attached to the guest home. The guest house is fully secure, with a slide lock across the top of the door leading to the attached garage, which is off-limits to guests. The garage remains private and inaccessible during your stay.



Please Note: Oregon’s natural environment is beautiful, but it also means you may occasionally see small insects like ants or the rare harmless spider. The home is professionally fumigated on a regular schedule, and we do everything possible to minimize this. These instances are uncommon and nothing to worry about, but if you ever have a concern during your stay, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me directly.
