This is a delightfully designed house that was perfect for a college graduation weekend stay! Multiple bedrooms and baths throughout the house offer privacy, with an open dining and living room open to the balcony above for group activities. Communication with the host was quick and easy before and during the stay.

House was really clean!! Plenty of space for my family!! Host was very responsive to questions and messages. Minimal dishes, but we bought disposable just to make it easier. Definitely looking at staying again!

We had a good stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We appreciated all the little touches that made us feel welcome.The location was convenient and made it easy to explore the area while still providing a relaxing place to come back to at the end of the day. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, and check-in/check-out was simple and seamless.We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this property to others. Communication was great with the host. House was perfect for our stay. There was support during the ice and snow storm thay was unaccepted and very professional. I would recommend this house and will keep it in mind for future trips.

The kitchen was perfect for our needs. Hard to say about if it was fully equipped for cooking because we didn't do much cooking. It seemed to have all the essentials fir basic meal preparation.

The property was clean and well supplied. Good communication from and with the owner. Off street parking available for one car. Nearby curb side parking for another. A potential drawback forsome renters may be that air conditioning is through room air conditioning units and ceiling fans. The house may not be suitable for those with mobility issues as there are stairs to climb to access the house and inside the house.. There is a first floor bedroom once the outside stairs and a small flight of stairs are accessed to the first floor.

The host was excellent! I messaged prior to booking, as I'm not from the area and needed to know proximity, etc. (we were there for a funeral). She was very empathetic and very helpful. I was nervous as I had never used VRBO or any booking site, but I am so pleased with how easy it was. Soo much better than staying in a hotel!There were 4 of us; we each had our own room with a TV to retreat to. We sat on the back deck to enjoy our morning coffee. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms spacious. There are plenty of places nearby to get food, a corner store within walking distance to get snacks and drinks (alcohol!), easy access to the highway, parking in the driveway! There were a lot of stairs, but it's New England- that's expected.Overall our stay was very pleasant. Host was excellent. It was such a blessing to have found this listing; we were grateful to escape the funeral grief and breathe at "home". No offense, I hope I never have to go back to Massachusetts, especially not via car, but if I do I will absolutely rebook this property.

Great Experience

I came with my girlfriend, brother and friend and had a great time. The property was clean, the living room had a cool vibe where we chilled most the time, check in and out was easy, and the host was accommodating. Great experience overall.

Thank you for our little stay-cation! The property was beautiful and was exactly as expected. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. My only wish was for more mirrors for us all to do our make up. But we made it work.

The rugs are very used. The shower upstairs is rusty,the settee in the living room has big divots in the seat area where you sit makes them uncomfortable.the pictures are nicer than the unit isthe backyard has poison ivy in it

Spacious property in a great location

We recently stayed at this property to do college visits in Worcester - the location was great for that, allowing us to get to the campuses in less than 15 minutes. The home has tons of space, including MANY bathrooms (always a plus). It was very easy to find things we needed, and the host was a very clear and prompt communicator when we had questions. Her expectations for cleanup are very reasonable (just taking out the garbage). The host was also very generous in supplying small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, etc., as well as having things like qtips and even menstrual products out - we had brought our own supplies along, but it was nice to see those thoughtful touches.A few notes for other guests to know about - not cons, but "be aware" of: the house has a fair number of steps and you can't enter or access a bedroom without using them; the couch is not the most comfy, but we were mostly off adventuring so no big thing; there weren't a TON of drinking glassware, so if you had a group of more than 6, you might want to bring some disposable cups

Home needs some attention

The home has a nice layout and good potential, but there were several maintenance and cleanliness issues during our stay. The dining room window was cracked, and the main level bathroom had a broken door and a shower door without a working track. We found used towels in the kitchen and lower level bathroom, and window sills were noticeably dirty.There were goldfish crackers under the coffee table from a previous guest, which clearly hadn’t been cleaned. The kitchen was sparsely stocked with dishes, very few regular drinking glasses. The house also did seem to have some electrical issues, with many light switches not working. The smoke alarm had also been removed.The deck had rotting boards, and poison ivy in the backyard, which had been mentioned in a review weeks earlier but was still present. When we asked the owner, she said she wasn’t aware of it. The deck could have been an enjoyable place to relax, if it had been better maintained and didn't have a security camera watching.Some of the furniture and rugs were stained, and many of the light switches and outlets could use a deep cleaning. With some more thorough cleaning and general maintenance, this property could be much more enjoyable.

The property is definitely NOT “exceptional!” Vrbo needs to check on this home because it is far below the standards we have experienced with other properties. It fails to meet minimum expectations, and much of what is listed below is not being reported for the first time (see elsewhere in the reviews). It leaves the impression that the owner isn’t checking and or doesn’t care. Here are a few of the issues encountered: mold on one of the window air-conditioning units, hair, and dirt on some heating ducts, cloth-covered furniture stained throughout (as are many of the lower level electrical outlets, which is strange), blood on wall, cobwebs in the skylights, torn Mylar balloon stuck in the living room ceiling fan, etc. outside was no better – poison ivy, broken down fencing, open bag of barbecue briquettes on the deck. Other issues: large freestanding air conditioner in the living room was always noisy and was even worse when cycling on to where normal voice conversations were difficult; missing panels on kitchen, sliding door blinds - which was promptly communicated to the owner, Abigail. She asked me to send her a photo but conveniently provided no number. There was an inadequate amount of glassware for a group, numerous electrical switches had no function. Tattered rugs in the main level bathroom as well as mold in the tub and on the shower curtain. We could go on and on, but no room to write. We couldn’t wait to leave!

Great place for the price. I agree with some other reviews about the cleanliness at check in. It could have been better, but overall the stay was great.
