Summary:
Experience the charm of Dundee in our stylish loft, just minutes from UNMC and Downtown. Located on the top floor of a historic home, this trendy retreat is steps from great dining and shopping. It offers a fully equipped kitchen, a full-size washer and dryer, and a cozy layout. The main floor of the loft includes a living area, bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom, while the loft features a second bedroom accessible by stairs. Convenience and character await you here!

The Space:

➝ Pet-Friendly - one dog under 40lbs (must be included in the reservation- $60 per pet fee); sorry, we don't allow any other pets and no cats

Please respect 10:00 pm quiet time, no access to the front porch. Driveway accommodates 2 cars; street parking is available on the east side.

Note: There is a separate unit below. Guests downstairs are asked to keep the same quiet hours, but please be mindful of them. 10:00 pm quiet time for an exceptional experience.

NOTE: Street parking is allowed, but NOT parallel to the sidewalk in front of an empty lot to the south. Your vehicle may get towed if you park your car in that space. Also, please pay attention to all parking signs and fire hydrants.

NOTE: As part of our standard process, guests are required to sign a waiver/rental agreement upon booking. This agreement helps ensure clear communication and understanding regarding property use, house rules, and liability. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us.

NOTE: For security, we have a security camera on the front door facing the entrance and street that records. This will be on during your stay.

Great neighborhood, restaurants and shops are about a 10-15 minute walk away. Parking was really convenient and the space was clean, quite and comfortable.

Clean and convenient property. Unexpected bonus was the retro style video game console.. had a great time, walked to excellent restaurants. We would stay here again.

Great Location, all the amenities

Came into Omaha for a long weekend with my adult daughter. House was super comfortable, excellent communication with the host and no chwck-out chores! Fantastic location, just minutes from the zoo, downtown shops/restaurants and the Astro amphitheater. Would stay again!

My stay at this adorable Dundee loft was everything it was described to be and more. The host was so helpful and was an excellent communicator. There was no detail that was left to confusion. From the easy access, to the super clean, well appointed and comfortable surroundings, I felt right at home throughout my stay. Traveling with my dog can sometimes be a challenge, but this spot is very dog friendly and the neighborhood is great for walks, as it’s just a couple of blocks from the heart of the Dundee entertainment district. I will definitely try to book this stylish & perfectly located loft next time I travel to Omaha!

Wonderful place to rest

The Loft….in Dundee

It was the perfect place for our family trip to Omaha and the college World Series as well as our own baseball tournament. Great location to everywhere we needed to go. Quiet in a neighborhood and many places to eat and shop all around. Fabulous stay and would stay there again!

Wonderful stay

The house was beautiful! Love the decorations. Didn't see the property manager but the communication was on point. Gave me updates on the weather, gave me suggestions on a restaurant, and answered all of my questions. Will definitely use their services again

Wonderful Dundee Location

We had a wonderful stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. The apartment was perfect for the 3 of us. We had to do some of the cooking for the holiday meal and the kitchen was well equipped. The sectional was so comfortable, my favorite spot when I woke up early! Check in was super easy and communication with the owner was top notch. We would definitely stay here again when in Omaha. Convenient location to get anywhere we needed.

Nice property. The first step is bit wobbly so you want to be careful of that. The tub/shower switch proved tricky for one of us.

Dundee Loft in Omaha

This was all we hoped for and more. The listing showed only part of what was a comfortable, large living space that was stocked with everything we could possibly need. We were aware that the stairs leading to the unit were a wee bit of a challenge but it was not a problem. The neighborhood is awesome. Check in was easy.

Great property. Great location Dundee. Coffee shop Blue Line and great breakfast place Good Lookin’ within 1.5 blocks walk. 2 things could have been better. It’s difficult to turn on the water to the bath/shower. You have to pull the handle straight out by using your fingernails of both hands and once the water is on the handle was not engaging the valve very well to adjust the heat cold temp. Maybe the owner has already replaced this issue. Second. The thermostat for the heater is labeled “alarm” so after a few back and forth messages we were finally able to turn on the heat.

Great Experience!!

We loved staying at the Loft ran by Jireh, communication was straightforward and the response to anything that was asked was extremely quick! The property was clean and tidy CUTE little landscaping!! The loft itself was absolutely clean and tidy!! And the best part was it felt homey.. we never once felt out of place or like we had to walk on eggshells!! There was clean linens on both beds and clean pillow cases… by the way the beds were very comfortable for us and so is the giant comfy sectional we lounged on to binge watch tv a couple of times and just rest! There was no shortage of towels or washcloths anywhere in the house, which was really nice to be honest!! The kitchen is stocked great for cooking, even some spices and evoo are provided if you need them! There was more than enough drinking glasses and coffee/tea mugs… and a pretty decent selection of coffee and tea to choose from!! All the appliances are brand new and work TREMENDOUSLY!! We were also located only about 10 minutes from everything we did… Zoo, Old Market, The District.. it was easy to get around and find our way… the neighborhood we stayed in was nice and quiet and honestly it was quiet all the time, not just at night.. so it was great to go on Vacation and actually rest when we wanted to!! We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Omaha!! Thank you Jireh for the WONDERFUL experience!!
