Welcome to The Flora House, your vibrant tropical getaway in Seminole Heights, Tampa! Perfect for small families, this 2-bed, 1-bath duplex home sleeps 5 and offers a fully stocked kitchen, WiFi, Smart TV, and all the essentials for a comfy stay. Just minutes from Lowry Park Zoo, in the historic Seminole Heights district, the location is great for easy exploration of Tampa's attractions. Experience a tropical vacation vibe at the Flora House!



The Space:

The Flora house is vibrant and colorful, with a tropical feel. Wind down and enjoy the Tampa lifestyle in this two bedroom, one bathroom, Seminole Heights home!



Guest Access:

Guests access the home via a keypad code provided on the morning of your check in. The house is a Duplex, with the other half being leased to a long term tenant. There is a door in the kitchen that connects the two units, it is locked with a unique deadbolt, the key is in the possession of the property owner, and is not available to the tenants on either side, there is also a latch lock on the door, for extra security.

The laundry area is accessible by using the gate on the left side of the house, it is shared between our guests and the long term tenant on the other side of the property. The long term tenant has been instructed not to use the washer and dryer between the hours of 11am-4pm, everyday. Airbnb guests are allowed to use the washer and dryer during this time, and any other time during the day, provided it is not being used by the other tenant.

Located in the enchanting Seminole Heights neighborhood, our charming 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom Tampa home offers a taste of true Florida charm. This historic area is known for its charming, bungalow-style homes that evoke a sense of timeless beauty and a slower, more relaxed way of life.

Interaction with Guests:

We will be available to answer any questions or service requests via the messenger, or you can call us. Check in and check out is remote, with keypad entry. Detailed instructions and keypad codes will be sent the day of check in.
