Stay in one of Portland’s most beautiful neighborhoods! This clean 2-bedroom basement apartment is on a quiet, safe street—just steps from great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, parks, and all the fun.

The space was fully renovated in 2022. We live upstairs with our friendly 3yo husky and have everything you need.

Please note: sound carries a bit between floors. We provide earplugs and white noise machines to help light sleepers rest easy, and we respect quiet hours.

A very well appointed location, lots of nice amenities in the rooms and central areas, a pleasant backyard, walking access to loads of great restaurants.

Really enjoyed our stay here! It was very clean and well stocked with anything we could possibly need. Hosts were wonderful! The location was excellent - we really loved the proximity to Hawthorne! Many, many delicious restaurants and coffee shops shops nearby.

This property is in an excellent neighborhood of SE Portland. You can walk to at least 4 places for coffee and breakfast. The yard is very nice and private. We loved our 8 nights staying there. The beds were great and it was very quiet.

So happy at our stay here! Marina was extremely helpful, and very communicative. Check in was easy, and the place was perfect! Definitely seemed bigger in person, and it was very clean so it was worth the price. It was super close to a lot of coffee shops, restaurants and other shops so location was convenient. Definitely recommend staying here!

The property is exactly as described and maintained well. The hosts were responsive and even checked in with us to make sure all was going well. Great location. We had a lovely time in Portland.

Couldn’t benetter

We loved this private basement suite. The kitchen was excellent and had everything we needed. Located walking distance from groceries, restaurants and coffee shops, it was still very quiet. Would definitely do it again.

Marina’s house is perfect . Crispy clean. All the extra amenities and added touches were so impressive . Her backyard is gorgeous and is available for guests . The neighborhood is amazing and fun to walk around. Lots of parking . Comfy beds. Water purifier . Air dehumidifier. Extra snacks. New appliances. Nice towels. Comfy couch. We will stay here again!
