New Listing: - Only 2 miles from Holden Beach, NC. Located between two barrier islands, you have the choice to visit several nice beaches. Great Home with lots of room for fun. Ocean Isle and Sunset Beach only 15 miles away. Myrtle Beach or Wilmington is an hour away! Due to rental insurance, the "Primary Guest" must be 25 years old or older, provide Photo ID, and sign our Short Term Agreement.

Bring your Kayaks, Boats, Watercraft, and Bicycles!

Boater Friendly with plenty of easy “in and out” parking. We have 2 "Driveway Video" cameras only, to monitor vehicles for your extra security. This cozy 3 bed 2 bath home has game room, fenced in play area, and outside shower! Games include: Pool Table, Foosball, Ping Pong, Board Games, Corn Hole, etc. Relax on the porches or in the spacious living room after long day of boating, fishing, golfing, or visiting local beaches. Come and enjoy the beauty of Coastal NC.

Special Note:

Unfortunately, due to problems in the past, we do not allow pets or emotional support animals of any kind in the home.

We do allow SERVICE ANIMALS. Service Animals are not considered a pet or support animal in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.

Holden Beach: Family Friendly Beach located between Wilmington NC, and Myrtle Beach, SC. Just a short drive away and you can visit historic Southport, NC. From there, take a trip with the ferry over to Bald Head Island, where you can spend the day enjoying the scenic view while riding bicycles or golf carts. You can also stop by Fort Fisher and visit the aquarium. Drive Southwest about 25 minutes to Ocean Isle and Sunset Beach for the day. There are plenty of great beaches to choose from in this area.

There are multiple NC Wildlife boat ramps nearby to launch your boats, PCW’s, and kayaks into the Intracoastal Waterway, local rivers, or take a fishing charter out to the Gulf Stream for the day! This area, from Myrtle Beach to Wilmington, is also well known for great golf courses. There’s plenty of things to do to keep you busy and having fun.

Home away from home! ❤

From the moment we stepped in Michael and Gabriella's home we knew we were going to have a wonderful stay! The house smelled very clean, and it WAS! Everything we could have needed, we had. Every room was perfect and well decorated. The bathrooms were clean and everything worked great! The linens were nice, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials that you would need for cooking. The huge screened in porches were so relaxing! One of the biggest reasons we wanted to stay at this particular home was for the game room! It had a little bit of something for everyone.The outdoor shower came in very handy too, for washing off after returning from the beach. Speaking of the beach.... it is just a short drive from the house. Holden Beach is super laid back and family friendly! There is a Food Lion, Dollar General and gas station nearby for any items you may need. There are ice cream shops, surf shops and restaurants as well! Compared to other beaches we have stayed at along the NC coast, this has been one of our favorites because there was almost no traffic getting to and from the beach and parking (and paying to park) were very easy and accessible. We felt very safe while staying at this home too. It is in a nice quiet area, which is exactly what we were hoping for! Our hosts were always very quick to respond to our messages and they really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy during our stay! We will def be back! 😊

Charming Beach House with Perfect Deck and Family-Friendly Vibes

This beach house was absolutely charming and meticulously maintained. Its location was ideal, just a short drive away from the beach. It provided a cozy retreat to relax after a full day of seaside fun. My children were thrilled with the game room—it was a huge hit! The back deck quickly became our favorite spot; it was perfect for sipping coffee in the mornings and planning our day. With ample space for our group of six, the house was just the right size for a memorable stay!

Amazing

Our stay was absolutely amazing. When we arrived at the property and walked into this beautiful house we were amazed. It was even better than the pictures. There was plenty of space for our kids to play and do there own things when they wanted to just relax. The location of the property was great for us and what we needed on our trip. Close to the beach and close to shopping/food and anything we could need. Thank you for the wonderful experience and hopefully we can visit again in the near future

You can escape the hustle and bustle of the beach area and traffic while only being 2 miles from the Holden Beach causeway. We have a large fenced in play area, boat and watercraft parking area, and nice game room that many other places do not offer.
