Steps away from one of Maui's most gorgeous beaches! Central A/C ! Banyan 247 is located at Maui Kaanapali Villas, close to everything without the crowds! This resort is beautiful, chill, low density with gorgeous grounds and tons of Aloha Spirit! This condo is a newly renovated studio sleeps 4, with vaulted ceilings, large lanai with a peek a boo ocean view, beautiful lighting, bright and cheery updated kitchen stocked with everything you need. New plank flooring, new sofa and chair, plush king sized bed, brand new queen sofa sleeper, large smart tv, dining options inside or out on the newly tiled lanai. Kitchen has new cabinets and full sized appliances and quartz countertops. Bathroom has a gorgeous new walk -in rain shower. Located in the Banyan Building, just a 5 min walk to the most beautiful long sandy never crowded beach. Reef for snorkeling is a short walk. Large grassy beachfront area with loungers and 2 resort pools and spas. Beachfront On-site Castaway Cafe is wonderful! Beachfront shuffleboard, corn hole and rental shack has SUP, kayak and loungers + more! New equipment in the fitness center, clean, well lit gas bbq's and coin laundry. We are located on the 2nd floor, stair access only. Quick beach walk access, free trolley access daily to Whaler's Village and Kaanapali area. You will want to return year after year!

Resort collects $35 + tax for parking for 1 vehicle, wi-fi, fitness center and unlimited local calls. Unlimited pool towels. Walk to Black Rock or hop on the open air free shuttle. Luau close by.

Nearby beaches: Kaanapali Black Rock, Kahekili Beach, Honokowai Beach Park.

Perfect Place to Be

We had a wonderful time at the Maui Kaanapali Villas. The unit was beautiful, centrally located to get to both pools and had a view to the ocean. At night you had a beautuful view of lit up trees facing the reception. We will definitely stay here again.

We had the most amazing time staying at this villa. Everything was as described on the site. My only complaint would be the construction happening on another unit during the day was very loud, but that is something that cannot be controlled. Great customer service, amenities, and cleanliness. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Great location, about a five minute or less walk to the bar, pool and beach. Condo is in excellent condition and the bed is new and comfy. Would definitely come back.

We always have a great time at this resort. The room has everything you need plus it’s been remodel. It’s nice that the trolly is working again. Nice to to take that to Whalers Village. You can walk to the beach or lay out by the pool. It’s also a plus that the Mai ‘Tai are tasty.

Great room!

The room location was a great view and had pool noodles, a small cooler, beach chairs, beach toys, and a fishing pole on the patio. The room was very nicely decorated and came with extra towels in the drawers and a few floor fans along with a ceiling fan. The bed was very comfortable. I would totally book this room again!

We stayed at Banyan 247 and was so very pleased. Great upgrades. Great lanai overlooking the greenbelt. Very clean. Staff is so hospitable. Castaway is great! Beach is great! We love the grassy area in the shade overlooking the ocean too! We will definitely come back!

Lovely Unit

This is a well located, lovely unit in the Kaanapali Villas. I’ve stayed at this complex on several occasions and this is one of the best, we’ll prived units I’ve stayed in.

Better than described

This location was lovely. We were surprised that we could see the water from the lanai and dining area. It was comfortable, quiet and convenient. It was relaxing not feeling like we were in a big commercial enterprise. We hope to return.

Perfect Maui Getaway

Our stay at Maui Kaanapali Villas MKV-B247 was outstanding. The condo was nicely furnished with an island theme and the deck had a great view of the peaceful entry way to the villas with the ocean in the background. It was also cool and quiet so it was easy to get a good night rest or an afternoon nap. We loved walking through the resort with the garden pathways and tiki touches in the evenings. We also loved the location. It was so easy to get to restaurants and the beach. And, from booking our room through our departure the hospitality was great. Maui Kaanapali Villas made our Maui trip truly unforgettable.

The Aloha is real here. The beach, sunsets, pools, reef for snorkeling and trolley access to so much on the West Side is awesome! We have a huge return guest following each year...... that's how good it is. If you love Maui come and stay with us! Mahalo!

Quiet, gorgeous and low density resort so you feel on vacation without the crowds. EXCELLENT sandy beach! Perfect location. Trolley access to Whaler's Village and the Sheraton. Safe, quiet and welcoming.

Our condo is in a 2 story building so it feels homey, charming and more relaxing, not a huge resort. On site Castaway Cafe and a full kitchen gives you options for the day. Beach is sandy, swimmable and never crowded! It's stunning!
