Exciting enhancements just completed! We renovated the pool to elevate your stay. The pool heater will not be available until October 30th.

This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat comfortably sleeps 10 and offers the perfect mix of excitement and serenity. Located in the sought-after Chapel Hill neighborhood of Boynton Beach, you'll be just a 5–10-minute drive to the beach, Delray's Atlantic Avenue, and many local favorites.
Unwind beneath the charming Seminole Tiki hut—enjoy your favorite game on the outdoor TV with a cold drink in hand while the kids cool off under the misters and enjoy games like cornhole, darts, or ping pong. Every detail has been carefully designed to create a memorable and stress-free vacation experience.

The pool is heated up to 85°F daily from November through April. Please note that heating effectiveness is weather-dependent, and may not always reach desired warmth. The heater is programmed to run from 10 AM to 6 PM, and the control panel is for management access only. Tampering with the system will result in a $500 fine and any necessary repair costs. Pool heating during other months is available for $30 per night.
One dog is permitted with an additional fee. Please provide your pet’s breed and weight in advance. We reserve the right to decline dogs under 1 year old or certain breeds (note: Labradors are not allowed). Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine.
Please note that for stays with pets, we provide protective covers on the couches to keep them clean and comfortable.
